Attorney Robert W. Smith completed his undergraduate work at the University of Connecticut and obtained his Law degree from Western New England College, School of Law. Attorney Smith worked for the State of Connecticut from 1977 through 1987. Attorney Smith is a principal of the firm of Robert W. Smith Law Offices, LLC. He is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Connecticut and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and Waterbury Bar Association. Attorney Smith concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and civil litigation, including family, business and municipal law. Attorney Smith serves on boards and committees of local and civic organizations. He is past president of the Waterbury Rotary Club, past Chairman of the Waterbury Bar Association Scholarship Committee, and an elected member of the Middlebury Water Pollution Control Authority.
