I always get the best service Reeve-Smith can offer. I sometimes have to elect to wait on repairs due to cost, but I feel they always look out for my better interests. more

Competent and adaptable 10/9/2013

I went to them with a broken door handle. The dealer was going to charge me $610.00 for one small part. The problem was that the small part was molded into the door panel. Reeve-Smith had seen it before and had created a type of repair that solved the problem, avoided ordering a door panel and allowed me to saving me a full $460.00. This won't happen every time, but it told me they know my Volvo in and out. more

loaner car avail impressive for small garage, friendly service, done on time 10/3/2013

Mark is very courteous and friendly. He gave me a quote on the phone quickly, and when I called to schedule got me in quickly. I was provided with a loaner car--a little beat up and wobbly, but a loaner from such a small business was really a plus and allowed me to get things done while having a big repair done on the car. The car was fixed on time, and was called when the repair was complete. Overall, a great experience. Only complaint was location--30 mins from my house and difficult to find for me! I will be back. more

Mark was quite understanding and very accommodating in the handling of a financial problem that cropped up just minutes after I had dropped off my XC90 for some extensive service. I needed to get my vehicle back quickly and the courtesy that was extended to me was greatly appreciated. more

Pleasant efficient Courteous 8/30/2013

Everytime I have gone I have been waited on quickly. The work was done in a timely fashion whether I waited or came back and we have never had any mistakes. Reeve -Smith was recommended by a friend and we have recommend them to others . recommended by a friend more

I know that I could get my oil changed at many locations, but I go to e Smith because I know they will let me know if there are any pproblems. Reeve Smith gives me Confidence in my car. i have and will continuevto recommend Reeve Smith. more

'93 850 VOLVO FINE TUNING 8/22/2013

Had a sometimes gas leak corrected with a new hose and cleaned idler assembly to smoother idling. Also installed new power antenna for better reception....improved reception by up to 25 miles. more
