We had a trust set up in 1995 by a friend of a friend, who was an attorney. He made himself our Power of Attorney and made it to his advantage.
We took our trust to Malcolm 6 years ago and he was been updating it for us since. He changed several things and we now have family members as our Power of Attorney.
He is very reasonable and does a good job.
