I prefer to drive the extra miles to Bellingham because of their friendly and understanding staff. Even when minor problems occur, they turn it into an enjoyable experience. more

We have been happy Kia owners for over 3 years. I was shocked to learn that "Jerry" the service manager had been replaced. Jerry was always cheerful, efficient, and always thanked us & told us that he appreciated our business. I don't know what happened, but from what we saw , he was awesome! He was always moving quickly, friendly, welcoming, professional and appreciative. more
