A few years ago, our long-time family dentist retired and we did not really warm to his replacement. We then tried a new, highly-promoted dental clinic in the area, but it was cold, impersonal and the doctor had dreadful communication skills.
Pros: warm, friendly & highly professional
Cons: talks (& sings) - if you want a quiet dentist, not for you
