Steve from Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning cleaned the carpets in my living room, bed room, entryway and hallway and he did what nobody else has been able to do. I've had my carpets cleaned three times by other companies and they've never been able to go the extra mile like Steve to get my carpets looking spotless. He came back twice and did a really nice job. I was very pleased and I would recommend Smith Brothers to anyone. Knowledgeable, personable people. Carpeting looks great. Had a good experience from initial investigative call until time they were done. We appreciated the booties so we could go about our daily routine (though we reduced our activities.) We also opted to have protective spray applied, hoping it is the best decision. Smith Brothers has cleaned our carpeting more than once. They have a quick response time, and are an affable group My only concern was a minimum price of $35 for a 4X6 throw rug. Too much for hardly any work, and when dry not totally clean. The house carpeting looks good and I will use them again. more

My dad's carpets look great. All those ugly stains are history. The rugs look brand new despite 9 years of wear. When a tenant renews their lease, a free carpet cleaning is offered. At the time, Smith Brothers was the company that provided the free cleaning. Over the years the complex has changed owners and the vendor providing the free carpet cleaning also changed. I have used Smith Brothers for 5 years and despite the "free carpet cleaning" offer, I prefer to call Smith Bros because I know them and their quality of work. I would rather pay for work from someone I know than get a freebie and not get the quality of work I have come to expect from Smith Brothers. Smith Brothers is almost an hour away from where my dad lives but they are happy to make the trip to provide the service. Everyone who has come to clean the carpets over the past 5 years has been professional, respectful and polite. I tell them what I want and I get it. When I first made the appointment, I had to leave a message as they were out providing service to others. I didn't have to call back as I received a return call just a couple of hours later. I love Smith Brothers and I will continue to use them. more

I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday morning. Jared came on time and gave me quotes for the cleaning, scotch guard protection and stretching a wrinkle out of the carpet before starting so there were no "surprises". He was thorough and efficient.
