We were given a window of 12 - 2 on Monday for the service appointment. Tony showed up exactly at noon, opened our fridge & knew exactly what the problem was in less than a minute. Not only did he have the fridge working again in about 15 minutes, but he also fixed our ice maker & replaced a broken part on our dishwasher.\r Hands down the best appliance service experience I've ever had & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend & use them again.\r more

Very professional, friendly,accommodating... I have had them involved in refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine repairs. When any problem was not resolved they took responsibility for the repair until the appliance was working perfectly, no questions asked.\r more

Called these guys up saturday morning, they had a tech out in a couple hours. Tony brought up an after market switch and knocked out the repair in 15 minutes. I doubt I could have picked up the part and done the work faster.\r more

Nothing but GREAT things to say about them. Max (last year for our fridge) and Jerry (today for my mother-in-law's stove) both provided quick, knowledgeable and friendly service! In the latter case, our SOS went out to them the day before Thanksgiving. Jerry showed up on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the necessary part in his vehicle and completed the entire repair in under 15 minutes, cleaning up after himself, too!\r more

Simply awful! I called them to get my fridge repaired. Waited all day, the tech finally came about 30 minutes late. They assured me over the phone that the repair will be done the same day. It was not. The tech did not have any parts on him, but he promised to come back the next day. Now its been 5 days. I called them today and they said that the pars are on the Back Order and they will call me when the parts came in. Why did they have to lie that they had the parts? All my food is spoiled... I should have called someone else. more

I am so pleased 4/23/2011

I am always skeptical about calling new appliance repair companies, however when you need repair you need repair. Smith Bros delivers top of the line service and I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and eager to help everyone on staff is. This is a lovely group pf people, I will be using Smith Bros from this point on. more

Fantastic Repair Service! 3/29/2011

I recently purchased new appliances for a house that I bought last year. There are tenants living there now and I needed an appointment that worked for everyone. They were more than happy to arrange the perfect time for us. The new appliances were installed in just a few hours and I have had no trouble with them at all. I will use them in the future is I have a maintenance needs or repairs. more

Smith Brothers Appliance Repair 2/16/2011

I was very worried when my late model Kenmore stove stopped working properly. I thought it would be difficult to find someone who could repair such an old unit. I stumbled upon Smith Brothers and was very pleased when they informed that they could absolutely fix my stove! The technician that was sent to my home was very friendly and kept me up to date through the entire process. My stove was fixed before I knew it and it has worked beautifully ever since. I will use Smith Brothers again if I have any kind of trouble with my appliances! more

They send out a tech to repair my oven and it was way too expensive! Repaired it for alsomst 200 dollars cheaper than they estimated! more

Thermador Oven Problem 3/15/2010

We have a Thermador SC302T Electric Double Oven and had been having problems with the microwave door not closing properly. We tried adjusting the door could not solve the problem, we called OC Repairs and they were able to solve our problem very quickly. It was an issue with the springs needing replaced.
