I called them this week to fix my clothes dryer.The tech found the problem within about 5 minutes. Had the part on the truck, an I was back in business within 30 minutes.

A definite fan here...Mike, our technician was early to our appointment, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed our dishwasher's problem, confirmed to see if the part was available for pick up and installed it. The whole process took about and hour. I really liked that he provided the costs of the repairs prior to proceeding - very professional.\r more

heard about them from a neighbor, i called them and the dispatcher was so quick to understand and nice! The technician came the same afternoon had the part (control board) and finished the repair in 30 minutes. more
