Smith Bail Bonds

I used SBB services & the bond was rather high for such a petty offense, something that most would just be left off with a warning, However it didn't happen that way so I needed a Bail bonds because I didn't want to see my son spend the night in jail (he would've done 5 days Max) Either way Smith Bail Bonds was referred to me & I did use them. I dealt With Courtney & she was in fact helpful and she did get my relative out rather quickly however I haven't received my money! I called them numerous times & all I keep getting is a voicemail box that is full. I'm starting to see the negative comments left about this agency and not refunding the bond. I'm truly hoping this isn't the case! However it has been over 6 months and I haven't received anything... I hope you guys prove these negative comments wrong... Lord knows had I known then what I know now he would've toughed it out for 5 days! more

The only Positive feedback I have about this firm is that they got my relative out fairly quickly, however with these people it’s all about money! & their strategy is they will get your loved one out but at a cost no matter how small the crime or offence! They can careless where the money comes from or who it was borrowed from at that moment that ultimately needs to be repaid… Because they just figure you’ll deal with it not them! They have no intention on refunding what’s yours! I am sooo livid with these people!! I feel taken advantaged of! I'm still waiting on my $3000 check 1 year later… The only thing Courtney says is they'll cut the check on the 15th, then when you don't receive anything a month later, she apologizes & says the 31st, another month goes by & it’s "Oh I'm sorry it's going out the 15th" Now I Can't seem to ever get through after that, I just get a voicemail box that is usually full! These people are completely bogus! I will be pursuing you folks for my money! I'm not letting this fly! & I agree w/ "Broadway" where I'm from u guys would've had a problem a long time ago!!! Someone needs to definitely teach you thieves a lesson! & another thing you can quit the BS trying to boost your ratings!! It's obvious you created all those fake accounts to leave positive feedback all on the same day solely for this firm/agency & took the initiative to thumbs down all the real feedback! You actually had the nerve to leave such crude comments on people's posts that have PAID YOU for your services and rated you accordingly! It us that’s kept you guys in business…I hope for not much longer! So cut it out! YOU ALL ARE SCAM ARTIST! Better Business Bureau here I come! more

This was our very first experience in this kind of embarrassing and unfortunate situation. I had no idea where to go or what to do. I was referred to Bail Bonds by Smith and I must admit, it was a God-send. Courtney, the bond agent, is a most patient, informative and sincere woman. She talked us through the entire process and had my son on his way home with us within a few short hours. Thank you so much Ms. Smith. I hope to never need their services again, but I will highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!! more

Just as the individual said before... these people are crooks!! I don't know how they've been in business for so long ripping people off using the same address but several different names i.e. Smith professional Services, Smith bail Bonds & Bail Bonds by Smith. It's all the same company of Crooks! Nothing professional... Unfortunately when needing these idiots most people are in a state of panic & desperation to get their loved ones out of trouble & we don’t' do any research on their history. I know I didn't until I realized I've been chasing them for my money for 7 months now! I've UPS them all my paperwork & they signed for it however signs “YOULOSS” I guess it seems pretty funny now… but not when I make my way up there!!! Now no one answers my calls or returns my messages... I will be needing another Bail Bonds to bail me out when I find this b*tch because trust me I'm going to put a whooping on her a$$.. more

You will never receive your deposit back i have left numerous messages and gone to the office (which the never seem to be there) i was owed this money months ago.I spoke with them a few times they stated that they mailed out a check and my license days ago (twice actually)! They copied my license and i forgot to grab it when i left and they are keeping that also!!! I spoke to an officer who i will not name from the Wilkes Barre police station and he told me these people are very shady i really wish i would have known that before this whole mess.
