This Is The Place To Go 9/28/2011

It was finally that time to smog my car. I called around to get some pricing and decided to go with Smith Auto. They got it done really quickly, fast enough that I was able to do it on my lunch break. I am so relieved that it's done and over with for the next few years, but if anyone needs a quick service this is the place to go. more

I have only had good experiences from this shop. They are always speedy with repairs. Someone will always explain to me in detail what they are doing to my vehicle and why. more

Won't Find A Better Shop 9/27/2011

You'll never ever find a better shop, a more honest pack of dudes, or a nicer group of people. I have big crushes on all of them because they've just done such a great job, been so patient and kind with my auto-ignorance, and saved me giant gobs of dough since I found them. My only fear is that they are so universally loved they'll get too busy! more

I found out about Smith Automotive and decided to give it a shot because of their proximity to my house. The entire establishment was clean and well lit and each person I encountered were friendly and helpful. In roughly 35 minutes, the inspection was complete and he also discussed some other potential repairs that needed to be fixed in the near future. I didn't sense an iota of pressure or condescension during my entire experience, therefore, I will most definitely be back and will recommend Smith Automotive to all of my friends. more

They didn't up sell me on work I might not have needed, didn't even push for work I know I do need but wouldn't affect getting through inspection (if you want, bring it back and I'll look at it and give you an estimate""). Finished when they said they would. I'm thrilled. more

Happy With The Service 9/22/2011

I came to Smith Automotive to get my brakes replaced. It was long over due so I was hoping to price wouldn't be to out there. Turns out the price was in my budget and it was done fairly quickly. I am extremely happy with the service that was provided. more

Very Helpful 8/23/2011

I came to Smith Automotive because my check engine light was on, that means automatic fail when you do a smog test. As you can probably tell my registration was coming up. It ended up being just a simple fix that they could get done that same day. Everyone there was super friendly and very helpful. I am very happy with the service they provided me. more

My New Mechanic 8/22/2011

They do fast work for a very fair price and they're always upfront with you about exactly what's going on. These guys will not do you wrong. They took their time to diagnose the problem correctly than to just replace every part for a quick fix. I will go to these guys from now on. more

Honest Mechanics 8/18/2011

I need my car, for work and travel so it needs to be serviced right by people who know what they are doing. They told me what was wrong when I gave them the go ahead they fixed it right away and at a great price. It is Hard to find an honest mechanic shop these days but this is definitely one of them. more

Great help with my AC 8/17/2011

I have a 99 camry that has run its course. The AC suddenly stopped working and seemed to be blowing out only heat. With how hot it can get, I couldn't survive on just rolling down my windows everyday. I brought my car to Smith's and they helped me out! Fixed my AC and I was on the road before I knew it. more

Well I dealt with Ben at Smith Automotive to handle some CV joint and boot issues I was having with my Honda. He was very professional and didn't try and sell me service I didn't need as I did already know what the issue was. Ordered the parts and my car was done before the close of business. more

Couldn't be happier 7/29/2011

I cannot say nice enough things about Smith Automotive. I drop my car off in the evening and come back the next day and ""voila"" it's all fixed! The guys are great to work with. They always explains everything they do on my car and it's always ready when promised. I couldn't be happier! more

Always friendly and clear about what needs to be done. Also gets work done in a timely manner and honest about how long it will take, getting parts etc. Never have had anything happen after he has worked on our car. No surprises, no breakdowns. Fantastic work! more
