In terms of technical expertise, the look of the facility. The professionalism of the people. Initially we were impressed. So in fairness, it took a little longer than we thought but I think the product was well worth it. The people were professional but personable. And we worked through it together and the end result is something that we’re all proud of. We leave as very please customers. In the end what we got is something that looks very natural. It doesn’t look different because they took the time to put the quality into it that gave us those results. Dentures look different. It was a big deal to do, but they did it all in one day. And I think you follow up support was good. Because you need to feel that you have some follow up support and concerns, just pain, but that someone was there to answer the phones to give us the support it didn’t make it feel like you were trying to do this yourself. Even when I had some concerns. Mr. Snyder I think is just outstanding. The Doctor. I’ve gotten to know the names, Carlos. My point is its been that kind of support. So its made something that is a real change something that is much more palatable. So I’m leaving in good standing. And I’ve got nothing but good to say about you guys and your product. more

I had my surgery two days ago on Tuesday, and today is Thursday and I have my teeth. I came in as a Doubting Thomas because you don’t go anywhere and get all this stuff free. I thought as soon as I got there, they’ll tell me, “However before you got to pay this and we will refund you that”. But no, they were very pleasant. They weren’t pushy or overbearing or anything. They explained everything beautifully. I was afraid at first because I had no idea what to expect. But I had such a pure hatred for my denture that I decided that I’d go for it. What the heck. So I did it and I’m very happy about it. It’s so much better for me now because my tongue touches the roof of my mouth. I felt like I always had something horrible in my mouth with my denture. I would tell people that I was carrying a rock in my mouth; it was so uncomfortable. But now they look beautiful. So natural to me. They’re shaped to my face, like when I was 22 and I had teeth. I’d recommend it to everyone, yes I would. They do a beautiful job and they’re very wonderful people to deal with. It was amazing to me how they did it because I was talking not to you maybe, but to someone, and someone came in to say “Well I’ll give you the medication, these pills. And you’ll be going to sleep.” And I said, “Okay, sure, right.” And they gave me the medication and I’m laying there, head back, reciting the 23rd Psalm which I always do when I’m upset and I got to the last verse and the next thing I knew, it was over. They were waking me up saying it was time to go home. And that’s all I ever heard. And I said, “Wow”. more

This place is like a dental factory, you are definetly a number here. you are put intogroups and treated like cattle moved from one room to another. they sucker you in with a low price and then after having wasted 3 hours on their suppose to be 1 hour consultation they double it on you. I fell for it got an implant and 3 weeks later I had a giant cycst (bacteria ball) growing right on top of the implant. I went back and they said thats normal. BS, I went to another dentist and got it taken care of. DONT GO TO THE DENTAL CENTER AT NEWPORT, if anything does not go cookie cutter they will charge you lots of $$$ more

This place is scary as in ‘SCAM”, I had the free consultation on a Saturday, but it came with a price. • They asked for my Drivers License and made a copy (hmm, should have been the first warning sign). The next day I was mentoring my Credit when I saw that this Scum Company ran a credit check, I didn’t give them any permission to do so. • They had some guy come around and introduced himself as the Cosmetic Dental Dude, and would be happy to answer all my questions. (What questions other than what is the cost?). In other words, what else can we charge you for? • Moral of this story is “Stay away from this type of Dental House Mill”, Find a reputable Dental office that doesn’t heard them in like cattle. more

After refusing to work on me, due to the fact that they wanted me to sign a new arbitration agreement. I have had no luck in getting someone to return my calls and provide me the funds that were due to me for the unfinished work that was already paid for. On one occasion I was put on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. I have since contacted the better business bureau with no response from SIC. I have contacted the consumer protection agency and my last resort will be small claims court. Beware and check out all of the reviews on other sites, not so good. more

My personal experience with the Smile Implant Center and the dental work that was done here at the Smile Implant Center, I can't say enough good things, the fact of the matter is aesthetically the implant supported dentures on the upper and lower are fabulous the fact is they are functional, the retention is there, there are no wobbly loose teeth, everything is in place as it ought to be, it just makes life a joy, on every single level, these denture implanted supports are fabulous, I'm very very happy. Part of it is, I was so happy with the upper when it was done that that, it was the impetus to go ahead and do the bottom. Because I could have had only a couple of implants if I chose to do that, but I said do the whole thing and load them all on titanium. And that’s exactly what they did. So the teeth stay in. Teeth that don’t come out. At the Smile Implant Center, the diagnostic consultation, all of the imaging modalities, computer tomography or CT as it’s often referred to which of course is a very elegant imaging modality, X-ray, the lab and important to all of this the people that understand the imaging, that understand laboratory science and dental laboratory prosthetics and of course all the implant choices are available and everything is under one roof. more

When I walked in I was a little apprehensive, but when I started talking to the people working here, and the doctors, they all seemed to know what they were doing. And I appreciate that very much. They did a wonderful job on my lower jaw and now I’m going to get my upper jaw done. And they are making it happen very good for me. The doctors and nurses are all very, very efficient. Before I came to the Smile Implant Center I went to a few places. I decided to try and come here, the prices was lower than the other places, UCLA it would take a long time and I have to go back and forth and back and forth. I had no time for that because we don't live here we live in San Francisco. Even after I started taking x-rays at UCLA, I stopped and came here. I saw the commercial on TV and I decided to come here and try. I like the prices better than the others and the surgery came ok, nice and good, I like it. I got a new smile. The staff all of them really nice you know really I like all the staff here I can not say one better then the other all of them. Dr Alberto I like him very much really great. He is a nice person and he knows what his doing. Even my kids. They tell me mommy we want to see when you come home How is the smile look. Even my doctor the head doctor told me I want to when you Come back because he saw me with a swollen face after the operation and he told me I want to see you with Hollywood smile. we recommend it already to people here. Some of them came here. I could eat better now, before with my teeth because they were all capped with caps. You do it great though you look really natural. They look like they are your natural Teeth. Really I could not chew very well and I hope know it will be okay with this teeth you Know eating better, healthier . My regular dentist is in our area in Cypress. He said you can check with some of the people who are doing Implants. And I think I heard it on the radio or saw it in the paper about that place there. Bristol street, past the mall, the old Smile Implant Center building. They did a bone graft. And the doctor says it takes quite awhile to heal. So I waited and they call me. Said it was over here now. It feels ok except its kind of hard. When I bite down I can feel a difference, yeah. I'd probably tell my friends its pretty good except the waiting period is kind of long. Yeah, my regular dentist. I asked them about it because I didn’t know about you folks and he said that he’d heard about you. Since you’re quite a bit less expensive, he said go for it.He was willing to do it but I was looking for someone who could do quality service at a reasonable price. I had two implants done on the lower left side, on the lower left mandible. I had a bridge there for years and years, almost twenty years. It broke one day. And then what happened was that one of the teeth all of a sudden became a little loose. It was pulled and I had that gap there. And said, “What am I going to do?” I didn’t want another bridge because they’re gonna clear with a brace on this tooth. Therefore I asked for what my options are. They said we can give you an implant. And after I had talked to them about an implant, I had heard your advertisement here on the radio and I decided to try and see what this is about. That is another reason why I choose. Because they seem to have more practice, more expertise. Well it’s primarily I based it on service and price. Make sure they do a good job. That’s part of the service. And the price is competitive and that’s good. more

I was in search of a dentist. I knew there was work that had to be done. I had a full bridge, a crown, about 8-10 teeth, different parts of the mouth, OK, total. So dentures was not an option for me, I was not looking for that, I was looking for implants. So I interviewed a couple of other doctors actually. They had nothing to offer me other than, come back, we will take x-rays, we will charge you for this, and we will charge you for that. Than I happened to see this advertisement for the smile implant center. They were offering full mouth x-rays. They were offering full examination. A 3D panoramic view of your entire mouth. Do you know what that would cost at the last dentist I went to? Too much for me, so there fore I went with Smile Implant Center. I was a dental specialist in the Air Force, so I do know a little bit about teeth. What happens when you neglect your teeth, they fall out. First of all you loose bone density that separates the teeth and they start to fall out of your mouth. You get gum disease. Your chin starts to collapse on you. Your speech becomes impediment. You do not feel good about yourself. So therefore you need to see a dentist. Now coming to the Smile Implant Center everything is readily available for you. The doctors there. The lab is here. The technicians here. You do not have to go anywhere. As opposed to the other dentist, that I went to and interviewed them. They were going to send me to the lab around the corner. I would have to go somewhere else to have an x ray. So it was a real big inconvenience for me. I did not like that. At the Smile Implant Center its all in house. Its all a one stop shop. Because they can accommodate you with new technology. You do not have to keep your teeth in a jar at night. You do not have to be embarrassed. You do not take them out. Just that simple, you don't take them out. Its an implant so its unique. They make the teeth look so natural because they are. They are made with the best of quality to fit your mouth superbly to fit your bite. When you talk to someone and you listen up intently what do you look at? Their eyes and their teeth. I was at my family reunion when I was eating on a rib And bit on a bone and I just heard my teeth go crack and I knew I had crack my teeth broke my teeth you now and so I told my nephew he had to get me out of Here and so I had to fly back home because I went to a dentist there but they told me that they could not do anything except well I went to get then fixed I thought they could fix them but it would take me to long there and I had to fly back home to get it back done so when I went to the dentist here they pulled the roots out and I asked the dentist about implants and he said I could not afford them and my insurance. I had to pay five dollars for what he done. But they do not pay for cosmetic and but I new that and so when I got in my car the commercial was on about smile center. I pulled over and wrote the number down and then I took my cell phone and I called. And I asked then how soon can they see me and I think they told me the next day. So I had just got my teeth pulled and I did not have any teeth in my mouth and I hated that. And I come to the Smile Implant Center and they did it . And they did not ask me if I could afford it they really did not they explained Everything and told me how much it would cost and I could of walked off then if that was the point when they come when I come here they explained Everything to me and how much it was going to cost me and if I did not want it I could of left right then and there and it would not of cost me anything. So it was up to me to except or not. And I choose to get my teeth done here at Smile Implant Center. more

In England at the moment there are a lot of people who go to Hungary and Poland and even South Africa because of the language, but Los Angeles is further. my cousin who lives in Los Angeles, who is one of your patients too, said, Do not worry. Come to America. You know, everybodys got implants there. And implants were hardly known in England at that time. When I first came and had implants, eight of them and Dr. Teich wonderfully took that piece which was not supposed to be there out and replaced it. Without any trouble. And about two years ago suddenly I a piece came into my mouth the size of my small finger of the consistency like a pumice stone. And I was very alarmed and concerned. I went to various dentists, My ordinary dentist said to me. You must do something about it. I am not an expert in implants. I do not know what to do. But I will not take responsibility, you staying in this condition. I did not realize the danger of exposing myself with this thing having come off. Go to the Health Service which we have got which is not you know, you think it does not cost, it costs quite a lot. A crown is already half an implant and it is better to get a whole implant when you need it at the age of 60 or whatever than waiting and deteriorating more and more. People go for implants but abroad because in England they are so expensive. There are some people who say they know, but they know absolutely nothing. Not like Dr. Teich does? No. So I feel I really went down the wrong alley by waiting a year and half to get an appointment there in the first place and than not being told about a Waterpik, or the use of a Waterpik, but just being told just leave it and keep it clean. And than on the other hand, my ordinary dentist telling me that he does not, is not prepared to take responsibility because he does not know anything about implants. And I am endangering myself of just leaving it. So this is why I came here., but it does not make sense to people who do not know in England. You wait for a year to get an appointment and then the man says just leave it. And I rang here. Talked to Dr. Teich. And he said just come. And we have to take new x rays because the old x rays, its no good sending x rays from England. You cannot go to someone else in Hungry or Poland. If I start it here. But it is still very efficient and very pleasant. And one cannot afford to miss any of the work you do. And this is very impressive and I feel the rest of the world seems to be years behind what you are doing. The Smile Implant Center is my dental center and I would always use it again. more

you have to go to your primary dentist who does a crown maybe and then they send you to oral surgeon or an endodontist to get the implant then you have to wait the period of time and to back to the other dentist for the crown. So I found one late one night I saw a commercial for Smile Implant Center and I saw the price was attractive, like 1500 hundred dollars was advertised for the whole procedure and I was interested so I came in the consultation and all. And next thing I know, I’m getting the implant done! So far the result feels good. I mean, you know, there was definitely discomfort the first days for sure, but it’s surgery. I just knew the basic prices would have been $1000 to $1200 for a crown for one dentist and then the surgeon was quoting me $2300 or so for the implant and that’s without a bone graft, which I didn’t need. And so I was thinking that this thing was going to cost me $3500 by the time I’m done, so the $1500 was more attractive. I figured it was in Newport Beach so I felt safer. more

I did not even have to ask for it. You know, give me a discount or anything. They just say no charge. We honor our service. We honor our practice. And that is about it. The other people they were charging me $2,300 each. This doctor charged me about $900. But the equipment at Smile Implant Center, the know-how of Smile Implant Center, the customer service at Smile Implant Center, and they treat you like you are family. They treat you like you are family. They know dental implant. They know what they are doing. The Smile Implant Center, I honestly feel, when I walk in, I am walking into my own house. I am that much comfortable. And I sincerely mean it. I am not saying this thing because people like to hear it, but I mean it. You make an appointment, very, very professionally, they take care of you. The Smile Implant Center I have referred all, about 50, 60 people to this place. And I will refer more because the doctor treat people like his own family. Maybe he does not know me. Maybe he does not know me because he has so many patients. ?? When you come to this place, and then you have all the implant and everything, and you walk out, you feel like you are being treated like a king. Let us put it this way. As I said, I a??m not exaggerating. It is the way they treat you. It is the way they welcome you. It is the way they follow up, follow up. And then the guarantee they have. Four years after. Where would they do that? Honestly, where? Show me. Four years after. In a nutshell, the Smile Implant Center is professional, professional service. They do a wonderful job. You do not feel the implant. You really do not feel the pain. And after that, 24 hours, they call you. They follow up on you. What, four days, five days after that they ask you to come. They check on you. And the procedure goes on. I really want to congratulate them, I want to congratulate them. more

I saw the ad for the Smile Implant Center in the newspaper and the price was very appealing to me. The other dentist I went to was actually a USC dental, you know the students, the dental school. So I went to them and, you know, their program is not bad. It was just the time factor which is what really turned me off. I wanted to get this done in less than a year, 2 years. And there I would have had to because they are students and they are under supervision, you know, and they just take their time, I guess. So anyway that was the main thing that turned me off there. The price was not too bad, you know, the price. I think this price here was still better. you do not have a lot of waiting period. Not a lot, you know, like typically what you would at the dentist. They get on you right away and they start processing you right away, so I was impressed with that. And then, you know, they set you an appointment up, you know, exactly when you come back. So everything ran smoothly. As a matter of fact I have recommended a couple of people. And I do know that a few of them have responded. So they were satisfied. If you really want to look good, you know, if you really want to and not have to spend a lot of time and getting you fit in I would definitely recommend the Smile Implant Center. more

I a??m a shopper, so I mean I just do no??t go for okay that is final deal. So I go in. I went, called a couple other dentists and told them what type work I needed and got kind of like an idea, you know, what the price would be there. the other dentist was my local dentist so he knew my mouth really well because he ha??d worked on me for years. And the price I got from him was just so expensive, I thought, oh my goodness. It was just out of sight. So I thought that was the main reason that I decided to shop it because I just thought it was way way too expensive. And then I saw the video on Smile Implant Center. So I thought, well, I wi??ll go ahead and give them a call and see what they have to offer. And actually to my surprise, they were offering a free consultation with a CT scan. Now, I know a CT scan is usually very expensive. It i??s not just like a normal x-ray. It i??s almost like an MRI type situation where it i??s three dimensional, you know, three dimensional picture and it is all of your mouth. So I thought wow, and this is going to be for free and is not going to cost me. So I a??m the type of person that I want the best value for my money and the best quality for my money. So I decided to come down and you know have a consultation. I just felt that it was well worth the drive. The professionalism of the whole office and just everything state of the art. Because I?? was formally in the medical business. I did billing and collections for doctors and hospitals and temporary help. So I was very impressed with the surroundings and I felt that it was one-stop shopping so you did no??t need to go to this specialist to do a root canal and this person to do something else. It was like right here. And then with the lab being here I felt that very comfortable because that way if there was something that needed to be corrected it was corrected on premise. It did no??t have to go out for two weeks and all the down time of waiting for everything to get back to you. But it was well worth the time and effort and the money because I am not afraid to smile. I love my teeth. I have people that will come up, I had one gal, it was really funny, and I did no??t even have all my work done, and?? I was standing in line going through the security at the airport. And this gal was standing behind me and she said something to me and I turned around and talked to her and I smiled. And she said, Oh my God, your teeth look wonderful. ? She said, I work for a dentist.? She says, I a??m a dental assistant.? So she says, Did you just have a implant procedure, Because she could tell I had crowns on all of these teeth in the front. And I said, yeah I just had them done. And she says, oh they did such a nice job. And she says, I a??m working on peopleâ??s teeth all the time. So that really made me feel good. more

I came to Smile Implant because I have always had my mind set on implants since my regular teeth went bad. I was searching the internet and I saw them on the internet and I started reading. Went to their site and started reading what they do. The most important thing that caught me with the Smile Implant was them mentioning being able to taste your food again. And I said okay because that had been my biggest problem over the past years. I called them and set up an appointment, and told them I’d like to come and see if I could afford it. And when they told me that it would be done with medication, then I said, oh. My blood pressure comes down now. And they set up an appointment. I came in I think it was the 29 of March and they started the procedure on the 29 of March and on the 30 of March they were finished. And I had no pain whatsoever from day one until today, still don’t have any pain, and that in itself is worth the whole process to me. Every time I see them my family and friends now, they say, Show me that smile. And of course I have to do it because it makes me happy. more

The staff here is very accommodating, very helpful and patient. Its been a good experience for me. I think that’s wonderful that they give you an opportunity to check and see what needs to be done or if they can help you at first, you know, or what capacity it’s gonna extend to that initially won’t cost you to find out. And then you can mull it over and find out if it’s worth it to you or if you can or can’t.
