I am planning the wedding of my dreams and getting married in less than three months. Before meeting Dr. Graffman I felt completely hopeless and I was convinced that I would be unhappy with my appearance on my wedding day because of my teeth. My one wish was to improve my smile before the big day. I had poor orthodontic treatment in the past and was extremely unhappy with my teeth. After so many disappointing consultations with dentists and orthodontists I gave up hope. I expressed my concerns to my sister and she immediately recommended Dr. Graffman. I called her office and to my surprise I was able to set up a consultation the next day. In all honesty, I had very low expectations. Luckily, I was very surprised with the options Dr. Graffman presented to me. In order to improve my smile she recommended cosmetic bonding. In addition, she is working with Dr. Belfor who specializes in facial development. I have an overbite and oral surgery was recommended in the past to help correct my problem. I never considered corrective jaw surgery due to the risks. Dr. Belfor and Dr. Graffman recommended an appliance to wear at night that will help correct my jaw alignment and improve my facial development. All these options felt like a dream come true! She has a comprehensive approach- she looks at the whole picture which is essential to achieving and maintaining good oral health. She is a perfectionist and takes her time. I think of her as an artist- she shaped my teeth naturally and widened my smile. I also like that she is conservative and will choose the least invasive method to treat you. I knew I was in good hands from the start and I couldn't be happier with the results.She made me confident and I know I will feel confident walking down the aisle! I can't wait to start treatment for my overbite. I am sure the results will be great as well. I highly recommended Dr. Graffman for all your dental needs. There aren't many doctors like her. Overall I am very happy here. I usually tell friends of my past fears of the Dentist, and tell them how I never miss an appointment now. I was referred to Dr. Grafman after going through a string of dentists and I have stuck with her for the last several years - longer than any other dentist I have had. I have no plans to switch again. I have been a patient of Dr. Grafman for 8 years and she and her staff are the best in New York. The environment is relaxing and the staff is amazing. She does beautiful cosmetic work and uses only all white fillings. I had Invisalign done by her and the process and result was really great. If you are looking for a great dentist in Manhattan where you will get great care I highly recommend Dr. Grafman. She is so warm and friendly and a few minutes from my apartment in the heart of Murray Hill. She also whitened my teeth. Within less than a year, I had shining white straight teeth!
