Oh sure they are, or the (receptionist/assistant) is more than willing to assist with anything you may need, until she realizes they do not accept are method of payment ( an insurance issue). She was unwilling to bill my insurance after I ended up paying, cash upfront date of service. I needed this applied to my deductible. They saw dollar signs prior,eager to do anything with all the dental work that needed to be done, I had to go to another DDS. She did not return my phone calls. Their integrity went out the window when this happened. Don't be fooled! They are out for your money.
