My husband and I purchased thousands of dollars of tile and other products to rehab a bath and mudroom.\r

Due to their lousy hours, I can't make it to the store after work so I sent my 70 year old mother with a tile I purchased there during the rehab for them to match and buy more of the same tile.\r

The did not have the same exact size tile but sold my mother a totally different tile in color, finish, size and everything. Two days later I sent her back to return the 70 sq feet of wrong tile after seeing the contrasting two tiles. On a $245 purchase they said that since them made the mistake they would waive their ""normal"" 25% re-stocking fee to 15%. I called the owner Bob and explained it was THEIR MISTAKE! Whay should I be charged a fee when they sent my mom home with an unmatching tile in every respect! He said we are giving you a break by reducing 25% to 15%. When I told him that was not acceptable due to the fact I spent thousands and wanted the same tile matched and they sent my mom home with the wrong unmatching tile - he then said too bad and then because I didn't accept his reduction in fee - he decided to charge the whole 25% fee instead! How is that for a liar, no integrity and worst customer service ever for a loyal customer who spent thousands at his little store. He should go out of business! This is why the home depot's of the world are putting guys like this out of business! Beware, if Bob took advantage of two woman, one being my 70yr. old mother and me being pregnant- Bob will sell you any bag of goods you let him and take as much advantage as possible -deperate! All over $60 bucks - how sad!
Pros: NONE -NO INTEGRITY!! CANT TRUST THEM AT ALL!
