Susan was wonderful at SMD Property Management 7/31/2019

I am not sure what happened in your situation, but Susan was wonderful! I had no issues when I lived at a house in Wyandotte. Everytime something went wrong she was quick to get it fixed and I felt she was great at communicating. To be honest she is the only landlord that has ever been good to deal with. I wish more property companies were ethical like Susan. more

Horrible management company. Beware. Susan is horrible communicating with the owners or tenants. She takes rent money and disappears for months. She lies, steals and don’t return your call. Stay away from this company. more
