do not return items and expect a credit to your debit or credit card!! I purchased a hairspray, wasn't happy with the product, exchanged for a different hairspray. With their ""new""cashier system, the salon rep said she had to do a return and repurchase instead of an exchange. I then brought that product back and was supposed to get a refund to my debit card. I never received credit back for either items! I called to complain and was given their corporate # which i called and was asked for the details of both transactions, then put on hold then disconnected! When I called back, spoke with Annie who apologized, said she had my # and if we should get disconnected, she would call back! She put me on hold, without getting any information, and never came back on?? I tried calling back, but never got thru to another person, kept saying the other reps were busy on other calls?? I then called the salon back, spoke with Dawn who said to call and speak with the manager, Stephanie tomorrow, thurs June 6 from 1pm till 9pm?? This is absolutely the worst example of customer service!!! I am just glad I didn't get my hair done, imagine the problems I would incur???
