I went in for the sale they were having of 14 foils for $44, great deal i thought so i did it. I wanted 7 very blonde and 7 medium blonde(which was darker than my overall color). I asked the stylest (MONA-THE MANAGER) how long she had been doing hair and she said 11yrs but was very vague and could not tell me where at all. So i asked how long she had been at this salon and she said 3 yrs. What i got was the lighter blonde which was ok but the darker was in 'large' chunks in odd places, like one on the left front side of my head under the blonde almost none on the right side and a chunk or two in the back. I wanted a natural all over look. When she finished styling my hair she said"" come back Sun or Monday and i will fix it"", before i said anything. So, i called her Monday to see if she would be in and i said i would bring in a pic of what i was looking for and was glad she would work with me. Instead she said she would just refund my $ cause she 'didn't want to deal with it, and she was not the person for me'. I was a bit shocked but said ok and when in and when i got the refund she forgot to include the 25% tip i gave her, which irritated me and i said i wanted it back cause she wasted my time and she said, ' you wasted my time' and take it up with your credit card company!!!!!!!!!! There is no way i can get this fixed at any other salon for the same price. NEVER get a refund in a coloring situation. MAKE THEM MAKE IT RIGHT! DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!
