I couldn't believe how hard these guys worked 1/5/2014

This was the best move I have ever made. We started a few minutes late because a driver had trouble with his car. They were only about 20 minutes but we received several calls telling us the problem. We were making the move from St.Petersburg to Homosassa Fl about 80 miles. Tony and Anthony were ready to work when they got to our house. In about 3 hrs, they had our house loaded and were ready to roll. My wife made the offer to pick up some lunch for us to have when we reached the new house. They turned down the offer. When they started unloading everything with super. They had my wife very happy with the job they did and that says a lot. I would never think of using anyone else to move us. These guys had a good attitude and we even joked around some. You will never go wrong using this company. more

These gentlemen deserve some kind of merit award for their excellence. 11/4/2013

Cameron and the other gentleman from Smart Move who moved our things into storage were great. I have made 18 moves in the military, and this was by far the easiest and smoothest of them all. My wife is a professional as far as packing and moving (even overseas). She also said this was a breeze. I sent Smart Move a letter recommending that these two individuals be recognized for their professionalism, courtesy, and ability to represent the company in a great way. If there is any kind of merit award, they deserve it. more

Smart Move handled our furniture pieces with care. 10/31/2013

Smart Move Moving and Storage helped us move into a townhome. We were fortunate enough to have the luxury of moving most of our items ourselves, so Smart Move mostly handled the furniture. They wrapped every piece by hand. They worked quickly without sacrificing good quality standards. We were very pleased. more

I started using Smart Move Moving and Storage, Inc. when they first started. I was one of their first customers. They really put in good work. The staff at the office is very helpful and accommodating. Brennan was extremely easy to work with during scheduling. He provided me with several dates and times to choose from, and that worked out well. The movers were very courteous, friendly, and professional. They were conscientious of our furniture and other possessions. When they moved everything back into our new home, I told them where to put everything. They really worked with me, too. For example, if I didn't like the way the couch was positioned, they would move it for me no problem. I would highly recommend them, and I wish them the best of luck with their business. more

Smart Move Moving and Storage Inc. was recommended to us by a Realtor who had used them several times in St. Petersburg. They came when they said they would and picked everything up. They were very friendly guys. I felt I could trust them with anything. more

They worked their butts off! 10/29/2013

Smart Move Moving and Storage moved me once, stored me, and then moved me a second time. I had the same team for each step. The two main guys were wonderful about taking their time when moving my furniture into and out of difficult places. They knew a lot about how to do it properly. Nothing was damaged while in storage, either! They were very courteous and polite, even when working in the hot Florida sun. more

Impressed with the whole company 10/28/2013

We sold our home on the beach in St. Petersburg and moved downtown into a condo. Smart Move stored our furniture for six months while we stayed up in a place in North Carolina. They moved our stuff into the condo in September and followed condo regulations. We had no problems with the Homeowner's Association. I had a couple of discussions with Brennan about pricing and he was always reasonable and fair. more

We recommend Smart Move Moving and Storage all the time. Brennan is absolutely spectacular. We had a problem where there was some water that came out while they were moving the dryer and they were so professional the whole time. They were just great and we can't thank them enough! more

They've moved us three times now, they're amazing. They bill by the hour and they are the fastest moving, hardest working guys I've ever seen. I couldn't say enough good about them. They are careful, professional, and polite. more

Good experience 7/8/2013

Smart Moves were very good. They were fast and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased. They picked up all my stuff from my home in Florida and took it to store at their place. I originally thought I was going to leave it in storage, but we like North Carolina so much that we're going to move. I had a good experience with Smart Moves. more

I used Smart Move Moving and Storage one time by the recommendation of a friend. They moved and stored our belongings for a month for us, and the two folks they sent out were great. I was well pleased with that portion of the service, as they showed up on time and they took good care of our things. I would definitely recommend them. more

Great prices, flexible staff 7/1/2013

Smart Move Moving and Storage was very good. We used them for a smaller project most recently, but we have moved with them a few times. We had some furniture staged in a house we were selling, so we had them move half the furniture to the new house and delivered the rest to a consignment store. They are very flexible in their pricing and they seem to provide the right resources. They bring the right sized truck , bring people who can move and handle a move from the second floor, and they honestly beat everyone else on the price that we have looked at! more

I was really pleased, I will recommend them. 6/28/2013

I had to move from Tampa to Orlando and it was a very difficult move. They packed me up very carefully and got us to Orlando in the thunder and rain. They even went over and picked up some items from my mother's house which was an hour out of the way. Demetrius, Robert, and Josh were my movers and I was extremely impressed with their work and attitudes. more

Amazing 2/2/2013

I chose these guys to help me with a move last year. Moving from Harbour Island to Carrolwood would have been a nightmare if i had done this myself. Thankfully, I chose the RIGHT people to do the job. The best part (aside from not having to lift a thing) was the fact that they did all of the packing, whether it was dishware or a closet full of clothes. If I ever move again, I wouldn't waste my time shopping for a "cheap" move. Smart move is the only way to go... Thanks Guys! more

Helpful, professional, and courteous. 12/19/2012

We had hired another mover, and they turned out to be unethical. We were moving from Colorado to St. Petersburg, and our furniture got held up in a storage unit in Pompano Beach. Smart Move got our furniture out of storage, and moved it into our new home. They kind of rescued us. more
