I have lived in Central Florida for most of the last 8 years. I have never heard of this place until I heard SBK on 104.1FM. I took his word and was happy I did. Ribs fell off ...

I have lived in Central Florida for most of the last 8 years. I have never heard of this place until I heard SBK on 104.1FM. I took his word and was happy I did. Ribs fell off the bone and were juicy. Perfectly cooked. Service is great. In particular, Rob is such a polite waiter that he excuses himself each time he leaves the table. Total Class. I have now been 4 times and each time was better than before. People, if you are in the area, do not pass this place by. I guarantee you will like it or my name isn't Orville Redenbacher!!!!!!!!! Pros: Great, Great, Great Cons: none more

Best BBQ & Resteraunt in Cocoa Beach! 5/29/2008

We are from Chicago, and were looking for a good BBQ place in ?Cocoa Beach. Needless to say, this one was even better then back home. The bbq ribs were juicy, and pulled right off the bone creating no mess. They had 4 different sauces to go with the ribs, and the mashed potatoes and fried okra were also good. The cocunut shrimp is a great appetizer, the cocunut was very fresh, and the shrimp was piping hot. If we would have known about this sooner, we would have eaten here every day because the service was also outstanding. more

An absolute must. Everything is great. The food, the people. An all around nice time. When ever we are in the area we make sure to stop in. Pros: Good food, good service Cons: Can't think of any more

slow and low bbq 4/17/2007

I am from Ohio and we were at Cocoa for our High School baseball spring break. We ate at Slow and Low the last 2 days of our stay,and had I known about it sooner,as much I love seafood ,would have been there every day.I do alot of BBQ at home so I very much appreciate great BBQ. If you are anywhere close to Cocoa Beach take time to eat at this great restaurant. I had ribs and pork sandwich,great food,sauces,service and prices. more

Man oh man... This is some good "Q" 11/30/2005

I am very impressed with the food at this place. I grew up in the south and have had BBQ all over the country. I would gladly drive 100's of miles out of the way to get to Slow and Low. The ribs are out of this world, the rub is perfect and they dont even need sauce, even though there is a nice selection of sauces(sweet, mild, hot, and mustard based). I can not believe how tender and flavorful the beef is, this also is good without sauce. This is one BBQ fanatic who will definately be back... and I live in Illinois. Pros: awesome beef, awesome ribs, very good pulled pork more

Ribs, chicken, beef...it's all good 1/17/2005

O.K...so on my last mini-vacation with the wife, our friends took us to a BBQ joint that they were recommended. I'm a big rib / pulled pork eater and this was some of the best smoked BBQ I've ever had. Appetizers were good as was the 1/4 chicken, half slab of ribs, and the pulled pork sandwich. Add the price of the evening (under 60$ with drinks for the 2 of us) and I considered this meal a felonious theft. The only con would be service (we had a new guy) and atmosphere, but hey, you are eating BBQ at a BBQ joint. It's clearly a mom and pop place that's there for the food.
