Sloan's does all my termite work. I have only good things to say about them. When I call them for urgent service they squeeze me in. They're awesome. more

I contracted Sloan Exterminators in good faith to treat my home for termites. I was given a fair quote and I signed the documentation to have my house tented. I prepared my home in accordance with the documents that were provided to me. Everything was packaged and sealed. The Sloan Team was at my house at 8 am sharp as was the Technician from the Gas Company. I turned over my house and the house key to the Sloan Company. I vacated the property and went to San Francisco for the three days that it would take to fumigate. I was called at 8 am on the morning of the third day and notified that my home had been burglarized while it was being tented. I am a 20 Navy Iraq War veteran and local resident in Ventura County. This Company had control over my home. Of course, I felt violated. I hurried back from San Francisco to be met by the Oxnard Police. My house was ransacked. I notified the Sloan Company and all they could say was they were sorry. The Police say this happens quite often during tent jobs, but the Sloan Company never informed me of the risk. I spoke with the owner and his son, and they pretty much said that it was my problem. They were not going to cover any of my loss or damages. My wife pleaded with the owner, so he took $500 off of a $1500 tent job, but bottom linehey still wanted their money! So this winds up being a very expensive tent job. I am out $1000 for the tent job, $10000 worth of property, and $1000 Insurance deductible, and undoubtedly my insurance will go up due to the claim. I spent the better part of the next several days with the inconvenience of cancelling ALL of my credit cards and banking accounts, and worrying about losing my identity due to the theft, all from choosing Sloan, and all they can say is they are sorry for the inconvenience! If you need pest control, please vote with your feet and your wallet and pick a more reputable company! more

Sloan's Exterminators has really great guys, and they provide good service. Recently they did some termite work at the harbor for me. I have been using them for about 6 years. When I needed an immediate inspection at a property, Marc put me at the top of the list at a moment's notice. The next day they were out there, and they called from the property to explain what had been found. They sent the report over to me. It was awesome. Their workmanship is great. They go out there and take care of their customers. They are very detailed, and I can depend on the fact that they will do the job right. I am completely happy with what they do, and I don't have to worry about recommending them or wondering if the job was done correctly. more
