Nice hotel with friendly staff. Wouldn't stay in pet-friendly hotel again, though. Welcomed by the smell of wet dog as we stepped off of the elevator. There were two small dogs in a room across the hall that kept yapping away. for all of our stay and which made it hard to enjoy the room. Also noticed urine in the elevator. Best value in Pearland (and so close to Houston) 10/28/2009

This hotel is a cool place to stay. I came down for a skydiving tournament, my original hotel was overbooked and didn't offer me an option (that customer service was unacceptable), so I came right over to the Sleep Inn & Suites. The hotel is spotless, the staff was amazing and the rooms are great. I received the group discount because I was with the skydiving team - all-in-all, I was very happy with my stay (too bad the weather was not as amazing as this hotel - lol). Hope this helps! P.S. Will book here for next year's skydiving. Pros: Best customer service in the entire area!!!!! Cons: I didn't stay long enough... more
