Slashers Printing Ctr

I went to slashers on 3/29/2012 to get a banner for my Brow and Eyelash Studio. The young lady who took the order was very nice and professional but I noticed she was wearing a intraining badge; the banner was $29 and an additional $8 and $10 for logo and next day rush ...... But the ending total was $49.55 which wasn't in the budget but it was something I truly needed. The trainee was surprised the didn't argue on the price I stated to her if Slashers feel there prices are cool and fair then I'm ok giving her my card for the payment. I was assured that later that day I would receive an email for proofing of the banner..... Ok I didn't get a call or email ... so the next day I went into Slashers to check on the progress only to find out 24hrs later no proof but the staff asked me if I didn't mine waiting 15mins they would have it completed and printed in 45 mins ...... Oooook I gave them the time they need it and 1:15 later I got my green n white banner granted it was suppose to be black n white but no sweat it's a temporary sign but as i search for a company to make the actual banner unfortunate Slashers it will not be you :-( But to the two intraining employees great job professional and very personable more

Slashers Printing is not deserving of the one star I gave them. I recently went in to have my father's obiturary printed and was seeking professional results and ended up poor quality. I paid for top of the line paper, upgraded ink, I was very specific w/ the layout I wanted, as well as, the design and what I received was none of the above. They didn't even have the programs ready on time. I honestly could have achieved better results at home using my laser printer. Intead of giving me what I wanted they gave me junk. I did not get what I requested or paid for. The service is horrible as they do not pay attention to details so don't waste your money or time. more

The owner of Slashers acted very nasty towards me and the staff seemed so careless to detail and incompetent on 10/1011. He refunded my money back after 3 attempts, and waiting 2 weeks to print my business cards and brochures the way I requested. I brought in a copy of my business card and brochure and simply asked the company to print copies as seen. The ""graphic artist"" couldn't do that. The staff does not pay attention to detail, the service is below average, and most of the staff is rude to customers. It was no fault of my own that the staff printed 1500 set of copies of the wrong material. The owner refused to do the correct job and refunded me my money because he wasted ink and paper because he and his staff could not follow simple directions. This company has been in business for 35 years and relatives, friends and I have done business with them in the past; I couldn't believe how nasty the owner reacted. I would not go back after this experience. If you have printing needs, I highly recommend that you go elsewhere. I have been using the services of slashers for several years. The personnel has always been polite and efficient. I am very happy that they are open because the company serves a large community that Kinkos does not and would not serve. Additionally, the building, unlike most businesses in the neighborhood, is painted with beautiful art work. In every way the company is an asset to the community. more

If I were homeless and needed to fax something for a guaranteed job I would remain homeless to avoid being treated so rudely! The owner is so nasty and downright rude I could not believe how he speaks to customers. The staff is too busy talking rudely to customers to actually assist. If you want to get treated like GARBAGE go here, if you want professional service go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!! Pros: THERES ONLY ONE LOCATION... Cons: THAT LOCATION IS NOT CLOSED. more

I am probably the most polite person around which is why I was mortified by my experience. I have never been treated so rudely and the rusdest person of all was the owner of the establishment. When I pointed out something they had done in error, he threw his hand up in my face and began speaking to the next customer in line, in an effort to let me know he was ignoring me. I had not paid yet and he began screaming loudly at me in front of everyone and blurting rude comments. Did I mention this was the OWNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say what was suppose to be a quick drop in to patronize a community printer rather than a corporate conglomerate, has turned me into a LOYAL never to stray again KINKOS customer!!\r \r Shame on Slahser's printing company and mostly its owner who has lost sight of how to treat a customer and a woman with respect and quality workmanship more
