I've never interacted with customer service representatives that were MORE helpful. Fantastic service. Jose was especially helpful stepping through potential router issues (an issue outside of SKYNET360 Internet's control) to make sure everything worked correctly. He followed up to make sure all issues were resolved. more

love the service getting fast speed I was also told by the tech they are upgrading the tower to 5G speeds so I should be able to get 100mbs plus service. more

Bad Customer Service 7/5/2019

No one answers the phone, service is constantly going down and slower that dialup when up. Every end of month there is one week of no service.One person in their office told me the reason the service is so bad is that they don't pay their provider's bills getting cut off. more

this is the worst Internet company that exists on the planet. Terrible service, Shocking customer service. a total rip off. I guarantee you that if you choose this internet service, you will have many frustrating moments as having days a week. more
