Skyline at Murrayhill

I have been at the Meridian for over 3 years because the location is convenient. Whenever something has broken they have fixed it that day. The complaints I have are with the thin walls. I can literally hear my upstairs neighbors talking. Every footstep and bathroom break is heard as if it is in the next room. Unfortunately my upstairs neighbors are quite active and it is because of this I am not renewing my lease. The grounds are kept up well, but the neighbors do not clean up after their dogs. The pool area and gym are nice and the management is pleasant but very disorganized. I would only recommend this place if you don't need sleep at night and if you can live on the second floor, it is just too noisy on the first. \r more

\r My wife and I were very pleased and happy with our apartment when we first moved in. The last month of our lease, we notifed the management that our dryer was not operating. It's now July 26th, we move out in two days and it is still not fixed. My wife had talked to management several times about it and we were promised several times it would be fixed on a certain date. Needless to say that never happened. Either no one showed up or they said they needed to order a part. We were then told we could use the dryer in a vacant apartment... Really? How about they take that dryer out and put it in a rented apartment!? I finally spoke with Andy today, (who corrected me when I told we had been waiting a month to get this fixed, ""actually, it hasn't been quite a month..""). He informed me the best he could do was get it fixed on the 29th...\r \r Do not rent from them. Do not waste money on them. Don't bother unless you want countless headaches dealing with incompetent management.\r \r Also, the rent goes up CONSIDERABLY at the end of the six month lease.\r \r more

Lived here for 2 years. Very poor management, changed owners recently that are inviting thief's into our homes to remodel. Call the Beaverton police or check their website. They say it could happen to anyone anywhere, and they won't do anything for security. more

I moved here 5 months ago and have no complaints! My apartment is beautiful, I love living up on the hillside! The office staff is truly the best! My messages are always answered and my requests always taken care of! btw... my kids LOVE it here too! Pros: nice floorplans.. wonderful office staff more

The person who wrote back in 2006 is absolutely correct. I am struggling with Meridian management as we speak. Not taking responsibility, messing things up, not taking care of things at a timely manner, and so on and so forth. I will not renew my lease next year. Management has changed since 2006 and nothing has changed. Very unorganized and very much all talk and no action. more

What ever you do, DO NOT RENT HERE. The staff, including the managment, are untrained, unorganized and incompetent. The management takes no responsibility for their actions or the actions of their employees. Everytime I have come in contact with any staff member, they manage to completely mess something up. This includes giving me the wrong mailbox number, then the wrong keys to the mailbox, sending an exterminator to the wrong apartment, taking two months to take care of a noisy neighbor who played music every night from midnight until 4am, instead of replacing a broken garage door clicker they changed the locks on it so I could not get in it, quoting me the wrong price for rent and then sending me a notice saying that I was delinquent on my rent. Then I was told that they would look into things and let me know whether they would ""absorb the cost"". In the last instance, I had a ""manager"" tell me that she would personally take care of it and call me. Three days later, it was not taken care of and I received no phone call. When I talked to her, she told me that since I had given my 30 day notice, she thought someone had taken care of the issue for me. Had she bothered to read the reason for me moving out, she would have known it was not taken care of. more
