Small firm but I rather that then get the run around from the bigger ones, they found me what I needed, key word needed, it was refreshing.

Worst

I'm always leery of working with realtors as I'm a little bit skeptical about what they do to earn their fees (which are very high - 12% of annual rent for Skyline).

wonderful experience all in a day! 1/5/2011

My boyfriend and I lost an apartment two days before we were supposed to move in because of someone ""beating us to it' after we placed our application with another agent, so we ended up loving an upper east side one bedroom and found the experince with skyline group quite awesome , it took us that one day! more

Never use these people. Oh, my goodness. What a dishonesty! They are so good at lying on your face. Where their conscience? Whenever I asked direct questions, they were so good at playing dump. Especially I would never trust this agency to buy a biggest investment of your life, your home. You never know what types of garbege they will make you buy. I am a home owner myself in California. I would NEVER have them as my agent. more
