I never spend the time to write reviews, however -- I am compelled to let people know about this company. They sent a car to pick me up at LAX on the wrong day. They charged my credit card an added ""no show"" fee of $110 in addition to an incorrect charge of $75.00 (it was suppose to be $65.00 total) -- When I called to try to straighten things out, the reservationist was extremely rude, interrupting me as I tried to explain what happened --and ending by telling me that it sounded like I'd been drinking when I became frusterated. This is not a reputable business. They have been giving me the run around all morning with regard to crediting my credit card. I would NEVER use this company again and wanted to let people know about my experience. I am not the sort of person who complains or expects grandiose treatment -- however, this is outrageous business practice. I may have to take them to small claims court to straighten out this credit card charge. Buyer Beware on this one! Go somewhere else for your limo service for sure. \r
