Gotta do it... 8/11/2005

In this town you almost have to go with skogman in order to get your house sold. Unfortunately, it also happens that the agents work together, not always for the benefit of the home owner or buyer. I heard a rumor recently that unless you have your house listed with skogman then skogman agents won't bring their clients to see your home. Who knows... more

Choose your Realtor carefully 7/15/2005

We have used Skogman realtor's twice. It is important to pick a good Realtor. Skogman has many people working for them so it is best to get a referral from a friend or use a Realtor here that you know. The first time we used an very inexperienced Realtor. We actually ended up doing a lot of looking at houses on our own. This last time we used someone that was recommended. Everything went a lot smoother and it was a more pleasant experience. more
