Honest and dependable! 11/15/2011

I have been bringing our three family vehicles to Skips Tire and Auto for a while now. I have had break work, engine diagnostics and routine maintenance done by them. These guys are honest, dependable, and don't sell you anything that you don't need. They have saved me a ton of money and I appreciate their honesty, dependability, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. more

Back on the road in no time 10/24/2011

I hate whenever my car needs work and having to take it to the shop. A coworker recommended Skips to me after I told him about a bad experience I had at another auto shop and I am very glad I took his advice. The guys at skips got the work done fast and right and I was back on the road in no time at all. I recommend them to everyone, Skip Tire and Auto is the best place I have ever brought my car to. more

I have found the mechanics at Skips tire and auto to be honest and qualified. They do the service necessary to ensure each of my vehicles reliability. They also do the service correct the first time without a comeback. I definitely recommend them everyone. more

I recently had my front brakes replaced by ST&A. It was a quick no hassle process and I was in and out within an hour. The mechanic was friendly and I had no complaints! more

Two thumbs down. Go elsewhere! 2/19/2009

I purchased tires, shocks, struts and a wheel alignment. At the time, they had the tires in stock but not the shocks and struts. They told me it would be a special order item, in on Tuesday and I would have to pre-pay. We would do the alignment when the shocks and struts came in. I agreed. The tires went on fine. But... Tuesday came and I was caught up at work with meetings (and couldn't get away) so I called to reschedule. They said fine because they didn't have a predefined appointment schedule. Not once did they call me to tell me that there was a problem with my special order. Cons: They will take your money, not delivered the promised goods and services and be smug about it. more
