You eat in Skips because you are enjoying yourself too much to go somewhere else. It's a great crowd and it's easy to say ""Give me a burger, Karen"". Another favorite is the Shepherds Pie served on the cool green plates left over from the previous owner. Occasional treats include the chicken legs and rice, but the pizza is of the frozen ""Sam's Club"" variety and a firm indication that you can't believe everything your waitress says.
All in all an enjoyable experience with very few drawbacks. If the owner isn't watching you might even get a smiley face drawn on your napkin! Mike
Pros: inexpensive, ambience, jukebox
