helped with my facial hair 4/3/2009

I started with electrolysis for my facial hair but it was taking a long time. I decided to try laser and I was amazed at how high tech it is. Skin Sheer did a good job so far I'm happy. I'll comment again after a few more treatments. Pros: fast more

Solid Business 4/1/2009

I am older customer of skinsheer as I started in 2006. Since then I have referred many friends. Although I don't need hair removal anymore, except for maybe once a year, they contacted me asking for me to review them online. Very good prices, very professional. Honest business owners that care about their clients. My friend told me about this place after I told her I was going to get a waxing for the summer, and there is a female practitioner there so I felt totally relaxed. It was a little red at first but within a day looked totally clean. Thanks. Pros: lasts longer than waxing Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

I started with skinsheer about a year ago this time, just at spring time. This laser invention is the most convenient thing on earth! I barely have any hair left and am just touching up for the summer. Even my sister started laser hair removal after she saw my results. But yeah the phone number here is incorrect I had to go to their website to find it, 917-476-5219. So im giving them 5 stars because of how much money this saves me when I go waxing every 2 weeks, highly recommended. My husband is quite pleased too ;-) Pros: saves alot of money more

Affordable, pleasant with parking space right off the belt. 3/29/2009

The practitioners gave me the most attention I've ever received making sure not to miss any spots. I will point out though that citysearch has an old phone number, their new one is 917-476-5219, or just check out their website skinsheer(dot)com. I highly recommend to give them a chance as I have had bad experiences with other clinics, such as neglect and old lasers. This is a solid business with very nice owners which are also the laser operators. Another great thing is that they don't schedule appointments that overlap so no uncomfortable moments in a waiting room. Pros: best laser and cooling system (cynosure apogee) more

Great Experience 3/29/2009

So there is some pain involved but after a few treatments I can tell the hair is barely growing back. Also the cooling device creates a cooling air flow and really takes the edge off. Personally I feel it's worth it because a couple more treatments and I will be hair free on my legs. The practitioners are very nice. Walking distance from my home just off 86th st. Recommended! Pros: results are long lasting more
