Let me tell you where to get the best facial in Orange County! I have struggled with adult acne for several years now. Yesterday (4/20/11) I went to get a facial and massage at the Skin Renewal office in Aliso Viejo, CA. I have been to a couple of very popular, larger spas and enjoyed them. This was quite a different, personal experience. The office is lovely and the Esthetician, Heidi Mesbah, was simply amazing! It is a very private experience. Heidi is the perfect kind of person to be in this profession. She is very sweet, spiritual and really knows her business. The facial I received was beyond anything I've ever experienced. It took an hour and a half and was the most relaxing experience I've ever had. When I left I felt like I had been treated like a celebrity. My skin felt and looked wonderful. Believe me, make an appointment with Heidi and you will be in for a huge treat! more

I am in my 30's and have had the occasional facial from various spas, they have always tried to push their products and make the facial more of a relaxing experience rather than an experience with an outcome. I saw Heidi's reviews online and took a chance, I will say it is the best chance I took. She is truly amazing, she examined my face and told me what would be best for me without pushing any product, just a true genuine opinion. I will say I will be a client of hers for a very long time. My facial was relaxing but I also finally had an outcome and a solution going forward....which was exactly what I was looking for. :) more

If the criteria for excellent service is five stars, Heidi deserves six. Heidi has created a very peaceful atmosphere which allows you to lie back and relax. Whatever type of procedure you may be having - a facial , microdermabrasion or the very cool oxygen treatment, Heidi will always explain the process and any products she is using. About halfway through, you will be thinking, I need to do this more often. Not only will you feel wonderful, your skin looks transformed - I think she has magic hands! more

I've had dry skin problems for twenty years (and wrinkle problems for five)...tried everything (and I mean everything!) without success until I went to Heidi. I scheduled five, once/month Express Facials (30 minute), and by the second facial, not only was my problem solved, I actually got THREE compliments specifically about how my skin looked so good. Truely, I can't believe the difference. This is remarkable because I had freckly, parched skin, and NEVER received compliments...only suggestions! Her products are expensive, but well worth the money. I'd say invest in Heidi, and you won't have to worry about your skin again. more

I had the oxygen facial and let me say that I've never been so impressed with an esthetician! She had excellent technique for relaxation, she was super knowledgable about the products, she knew exactly what my skin needed and I was so relaxed and rejuvenated after I left. I've had SEVERAL facials and treatments all over california and I have to say she's in my top 2. Go see her, you won't regret it!!! more

I have always wanted to do something to look younger. I am afraid of using a lot of the medical procedures because I was concerned that it might look bad. I tried Botox once and not only was it expensive, but the doctor did it in such a way that it made my eye droop. So, I started looking into microcurrent treatments and natural ways to look younger. I read a lot of the reviews about Heidi and decided to give her a try. She was so professional and did a terrific job. I was a nonbeliever but I came home and my husband said he could really notice a difference. My skin was glowing and looked younger. You have to go back for a series of treatments to maintain the look but Heidi will work with you to find just the right mix of treatments at an affordable cost. I was so surprised to find that another person who was recommending the same service was $50 more. I have had many facials and never really noticed much until today's appointment. I am going back to see Heidi next week. I really appreciate those of you who posted your comments because there are so many estheticians and it is very hard to find one that really makes much of a difference. Heidi made me feel comfortable as soon as I met her, and did a great job waxing. The wax used seemed to be less uncomfortable than others I've experienced, and Heidi adjusts her technique depending on my sensitivity. Pros: Cheerful, professional, friendly practitioner Cons: None! more

I have been going to Hedi for facials and waxes for about 5 months now and I just love her! I have been struggling with acne for years and I have never found anything that helps as much as Hedi's facials and products. I had acne problems so I went to Heidi and it has cleared up tremendously! She is so flexible! Every time I go to her, she takes a look at my skin and based on that assessment, she'll adjust her treatment. Like today, my skin needed hydration so she used oxygen treatment. Since I have sensitive skin, she always makes sure if I'm comfortable with the product that she's putting on me. Heidi is so friendly and always takes care of me! I would recommend her to anyone! I've tried several aesthecians over the years in south OC, all good experiences, but always returned to Heidi -- even following her when she moved a few times. I enjoy her professional treatment of my skin, the excellent products, and the wonderful rejuvenation and smoothness thereafter, as well as the great energy that emanates from her and her treatment room. I just close my eyes, leave my worries behind, and let Heidi take care of me. I trust her skin care choices 100%. Her facial treatment sometimes varies per visit, depending on my skin's condition. That's important as my skin ages since I'm in my mid-fifties. Also, she does a great brow tint & wax -- one of my regular staples with her. I highly recommend her services. Heidi has been a God send to my skin! She is extremely talented in her technique. After having had my fair share of facials, I can appreciate true talent! She doesn't go into the facial with a set idea of what she is going to do, but rather, what you skin needs. I have also been to many estheticians and I have found the best now that I found Heidi. I was looking for a new place to go and I saw how Heidi was so hightly recomended in all the reviews so I decided to give it a shot. I have always had breakouts and it gets so frusterating. I have tried so many different products and had seen dermetologist to help. I have seen Heidi only 2 times so far and the results are dramatic. I dont even have to put make up on in the morning if I dont want to. My skin looks so beautiful and I cant wait to see Heidi because she keeps making my skin look better and better. I am so pleased that I went with Skin Renewal because Heidi is friendly and absolutely love?s what she does and it shows because she is very knowledgeable of skin care. I was really impressed how she examined by skin and was able to recommend a facial which I normally would not have chosen and the results were amazing. Also, I appreciated how she went the extra step and used additional products which would benefit my skin.
