Relaxing Facial 7/26/2013

I bought a GroupOn for the Express Facial and it was totally worth it. The products used were all natural and made my skin feel great. While the masks were on I got a shoulder and hand massage. It was a very relaxing experience and exceeded my expectations of a Groupon facial. more

I had a facial yesterday with Caroline in her new location. The setting is absolutely beautiful, calm and serene. Caroline uses a variety of products with her expertise that is just right for my skin. She is a fantastic listener. I came away feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated, with more clarity on a situation we had discussed, with her caring perspectives. I can't wait until my next facial. It is always a treat to go to a facial with Caroline. more

My family loves working with Caroline. She is professional, pleasant, knowledgable and skillful. She has what you need to care for your skin long term. We have gotten massage (great) and facials (also great) for the whole family. The environment is lovely and easy to get to. more

Relaxing, custom facial 7/21/2013

My first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Caroline was professional, explained what she was doing and there was NO pressure to buy products. I have had facials where it is obvious that their goal was to sell expensive products. She has a great selection but I'm waiting. She listened well. Beautiful setting too. more

The setting is elegant and relaxing, the customer service is stellar and sincere, the quality of the products is excellent, and the results were very satisfactory. I had an express facial, and will be returning to purchase products (Pevonia) and have more facials done in the future. more

I really enjoyed this facial! Caroline is very knowledgable while being warm and kind as well. My Vitamin C facial was very relaxing and beautifully scented, a truly enjoyable experience. After, my skin felt clean, fresh and moisturized. Today (I had the facial yesterday), I am very pleased with the results. Even though I have sensitive skin, I have no issues whatsoever, only great looking skin - much more even, smooth and radiant. I will be back! more

I've received two massages from Caroline who does a wonderful job. Goes a long with my theory that sometimes small people give the most powerful massages! She has done great work on my problem neck and back areas and I am definitely a permanent customer. more

I loved the facial, total pampering experience. Caroline was so knowledgeable as we talked about different skin care products and ingredients. I have problem skin and she knew so many different ingredients that could be causing my face to break out. I never felt pressured to buy anything as she described how things I should avoid and what types of products I should use. I will definitely be back! more

Best facial ever! 5/17/2013

Everything about the whole facial experience was superb - inc. aromatherapy hot towels, hand and neck/shoulder massage, and Caroline was not only delightful, but also impressively knowledgeable and thorough. I felt truly pampered and my skin felt wonderful! I used to think facials were a fancy version of my own daily cleansing routine. Only after having a facial from Caroline here can I see that the right facials are very different and extremely beneficial. I'll be back for sure! more

Carolyn is amazing. Super kind and really informative. She took the time to teach me more about my skin and the products that best suit me. It was so relaxing and luxurious. I left feeling like a whole new woman. My skin looks and feels great. Also, I didn't feel she was pushing products. I can tell that she really loves what she does and wants to simply educate her customers! Simply divine! more

Fantastic Express Facial 5/13/2013

I have to admit, I was wondering whether or not it was worth a one hour drive, and it ABSOLUTELY was. She was both informative and very patient with every brush stroke, massage, every detail that took into account. I had an express facial and was surprised at how breathable my skin felt! I will return as I am officially addicted to her facials! more

I got the Groupon special for a 4-layer Vit C treatment, which at $95 is still a good deal. I can't say enough good things about the experience: Caroline, her newly-renovated adorable salon, the treatment. I'm definitely going back and I highly recommend Pacific Skin Care. more
