Skin by Tania is highly recommended. The ambiance is very welcoming and the staff is courteous. Tania is a professional with extensive years of experience. Very friendly and listens to your requests. I have been going to Tania for over a year, and would not go anywhere else. Taina's business is easy to locate with no expense of parking. Her treatment was thoroughly explained, and very much appreciated. She is reliable, quick, affordable, and professional. I enjoyed my experience at the salon, and will continue my appointments. I highly recommend her to any individual that's interested in waxing. She was a very open to educating me, and answering any questions I had. more

GREAT waxing experience 8/26/2010

I struggled for several years to find a good wax professional who was also RELIABLE and consistently comfortable. What a relief to finally have found Tania! She is a total pro; gets the job done quickly and correctly every time, is never late for your appointment, and is always making an effort to make your experience as comfortable and pain-free as possible. The location is a bit difficult to find the first time and the underground parking is not ideal but Tania herself makes this teeny bit of hassle more than worthwhile. more

Can't say enough good things 8/11/2010

Recently I found out I was pregnant. I decided I would take up waxing again, but was dreading it after a 4 year hiatus. I did a search and found Tania. I thought, why not. She had high ratings. Not only was she the most professional waxer I've been to, but such a pleasant, fun loving person. She made me feel extremely comfortable. Being 6 months pregnant at the time, I was a little nervous. She made me feel at ease. She knew exactly how to handle my waxing with my pregnancy. I can't explain how good she is. Hard to describe in words. I can honestly say, she was extremely gentle. For waxing, I hardly felt it. My only regret is that I didn't find her years ago. You will not regret going to her. I can't say enough great things about her. Make and appointment! more

Great Facials, Make-up and Waxing 2/8/2010

I've been seeing Tania for the last 3 years. I came across her name in the yellow pages. I was looking for a full Brazilian wax and she did that. Over these 3 years, she's done my Make-up for Halloween--did I mention she a great Make-up artist and also does wonderful facials--as good if not better than I facials I get at the Bellagio Salon in Las Vegas. Tania's facials are wonderful--I've tried other salons and none compare to her level of professionalism. Since I had a lesson on make-up from her--I find I'm getting more compliments!!!!!!!!! more

Only Tania could make a Brazilian Wax fun!! 2/2/2010

I happened into SKIN BY TANIA a year ago by reading about the salon on the internet. I had recently moved to the area. I connected with Tania immediately and she is a ""PRO"" at what she does. Brazilian Wax could never be described as a good time but Tania works quickly and has the ""gift"" to make it the best experience possible. I am hooked and look forward to my visit each time. Tania is truly the best! more

I get brazilians from her, and as we all know, waxing isnt the most comfortable aesthtic procedure, but Tania has some serious skills and gift where that is concerned! What an incredible find! 1/20/2010

I happily stumbled upon an ad for Tania's salon when my former aesthetician's spot was closed for remodeling. I have never gone back. Tania can even make a Brazilian wax fun (well, almost fun).She is warm, friendly and practically painless. I never thought I'd look forward to a waxing session, but Tania makes each appointment fun -- while doing an impeccable job. I've been going to her regularly for three years and have never been disappointed. I recommend her to all of my friends, especially the scaredy-cats who are terrified of getting a Brazilian! Never goin anywhere else 1/7/2010

Tania is amazing!! \r I was lucky enough to find her name online on the first search. I called her but with some reservations because this was my first Brazilian wax and I had no idea what to expect. As soon as we spoke Tania put me at ease. She gave me first timer tips and I could already see how informed she was on skincare alone not just the basic ""wax job"". I booked an appt and once I went in I really saw how meticulous she was and how she goes above and beyond her job, and is extremely professional. She gives extensive aftercare instructions and keeps files on her clients so that she knows whats going on......because most of time ""we"" (the client) have no idea whats going on.\r \r She takes a very painful, uncomfortable, and very embarressing procedure and makes it bearable and even laughable. PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS!! 12/18/2009

After calling several local waxers, I chose to go with Tania because of her return phone call...I could tell that she takes pride in her work & knows what she's doing. She is as gentle as waxing can be & treats your ""canvas"" as a work of art! She also goes beyond her duty by letting you know of things that aren't 100%. (for me, she showed me a dry patch of skin that I had NO IDEA I had because of the location) She is one who truly cares about her work AND her clients! I recommend her to EVERYONE! Pros: Explains EVERYTHING very well! Cons: The location is a little confusing at first. more

Tania is the most detail-oriented esthetician I have ever been to. I have now been a loyal client, seeking her out for waxing (anywhere) and facials. She is sensitive to our sensitive spots and waxes pain free. She even ensures that she uses the proper wax, hair removal, and/or skin care product appropriate to your skin/hair type. You will be pleased! more

Hairy or Not Hairy that is the Question 11/12/2009

So...I have been going to Tania now for 2 years and I live 200 miles from her. It's not about being a fool but rather wanting someone who really knows what she is doing. When it comes to brazilian waxing it is damn near torcherous, but with Tania...she has you in and out in 30 minutes as long as you have taken care of yourself. She takes her job seriously and I have recommended her to an additional 2-5 additional clients that take advantage of all the different services she offers. I wish she would move closer to me. Pros: Waxing more
