Best facials in town 8/26/2008

Without question Marywynn at Skin by Marywynn provides the best facials I've ever had. I highly recommend the collagen face mask - it made my 50 something skin feel like that of a new baby. She's a talented woman with an incredible amount of knowledge. She not only supports better looking skin, but also increased health. Ask her about the lymphatic drainage and its benefits. At her recommendation I'm using the Tu'El moisturizer which is helping to control my rosacea and is reasonably priced. I love telling my friends and family about Marywynn.\r \r more

Phenomenal Sensations and Results! 8/17/2008

There are simply not enough words to describe the bliss you can experience with Marywynn. If you have never heard of, or experienced ""lymphatic"" treatments you are in for an incredible treat! During the facial, Marywynn spends a portion of the session doing an incredible treatment in which she lightly touches your face and neck to release blockages of fluid (as far as I am concerned, it is magic!). When she first did the treatment on me, I could actually feel releases and movement under my skin. The result was less redness, inflammation, and breakouts. Also, it is just about the most relaxing feeling I have ever had with body work. The entire experience from start to finish is a delight. Ask for the special seaweed mask for an added level of bliss! Oh my! I look good! 8/16/2008

I have been seeing Marywynn for a few months and my skin looks and feels incredible! I am a working mom with very little downtime to take care of my skin. Not only do Marywynn's facials make me look 10 years younger, she created a skin regimen that is ""doable"" for my busy schedule. I am a devoted client now and will never stray! Thanks Marywynn. Pros: Fabulous studio, calm environment, does great eyebrows! Cons: NONE! more

Love her products! 8/16/2008

I love her products! Without a doubt, they are what has saved my skin! The best compliment came when my sister-in-law asked what had changed about my skin care, as I looked so good. She wondered why I was looking so much younger. Not sure about the younger part, but I have noticed a change in the moisture level and the fine wrinkles are gone. Trust me, she knows her stuff! Love the products. Pros: fabulous products - major thumbs up! Cons: None that I can think of. more

A Gem in Portland! As good as chocolate fudge! 8/15/2008

I have never had such pleasant, relaxing yet invigorating feelings from a massage or facial or any spa treatment, until I had a facial by Marywynn. I was knocked out by the incredible level of pleasure and deep sense of peace I felt during this facial. It has to be tried to be believed.\r Marywynn is so thorough, kind, professional and skillful. She knows about skin and how to help your skin feel and look better. My skin looks smoother than it has in years! \r Marywynn also has great products that she can recommend for you. I bought some of her line and I can't get over how improved my skin is since I started using them. I use them every day. \r As well, Marywynn talked to me about my diet and how that can affect my skin. I highly recommend Skin by Marywynn. \r Pros: unbelievable facial, pleasure and sense of relaxation Cons: a little hard to find in the back of a hair salon, but worth looking for more

Best Facial in USA 8/15/2008

Recently my spouse and I had facials at Skin by Marywynn. What an amazing experience! We've both had lots of massages and spa treatments over the year but nothing, I repeat, nothing prepared us for this wonderful experience. Marywynn's hands float over your face like a soft, gentle cloud bringing deep pleasure and a profound sense of relaxation. It's hard to find the words to express what wonderful sensations Marywynn's hands bring to your face. I kept falling into a deep sleep and surprised myself by waking up snoring with her hands on my face. I've never experienced anything as relaxing, reinvigorating and pleasurable in my life. My skin and that of my spouse glowed for days and felt fantastic. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. You've got to try it to believe it. \r Marywynn's room is warm and welcoming and a comfortable space in the back of a hair salon. One has to walk through the salon to reach Marywynn and let me tell you it's worth the walk.\r Congratulations to Marywynn for being the BEST in the business. And for those of you lucky enough to be living in or visiting Portland, get there and try it. You'll love it! I guarantee it 100%!!! Pros: Marywynn is the best at giving facials in the USA more

The best facial in the Northwest 8/15/2008

I'd had ""spa facials"" before I met Marywynn and never really understood the hype. After a treatment facial from Marywynn, I nearly cried it was so amazing. My skin was dewy, glowing and beautiful! If I wasn't aware of Marywynn's extensive training and knowledge, I'd be certain that she has magical powers. As it is, I still suspect a little magic is mixed into her repertoire. After every visit to her studio, I feel transformed. After seeing Marywynn regularly for the past year, I have a complexion that makes me look 10 years younger ... and the sexiest eyebrows in town. (Don't miss her Eyebrow Sculpting service!!) Pros: Amazing facial treatments! Marywynn's expertise and professionalism, fabulous products and eyebrow sculpting services. Cons: Marywynn's space is really cozy and inviting, but you have to walk through a hair salon to find it. It's well worth the journey once you're there, though! more
