From start to finish, THE best customer service I've EVER had in this industry. My Skill Craft is located in Huntington Beach, California. Michael, my service writer, was simply outstanding! Friendly, charming, courteous and professional. We even became friends. My car body contact was Louis Bui. I'm not even sure I can come up with the right words that will convey my complete and utter satisfaction. How about, THE BEST BODY WORK I'VE EVER HAD DONE! Seriously, I'm not kidding. Simply put, Louis was THE GREATEST! I actually did not want to leave the shop upon getting my car. This was the second time my family has had a car repaired there. We will go to no other shop and I will roundly recommend this shop to all my friends, family and business contacts. more

MIke came through on insurance 11/5/2010

I thought for sure Mike would not follow through on insurance for me, but after I just submitted review Lo and Behold he called and took care of getting insurance reimbursment to me. I couldn't get through......... Perhaps Mike and I just had a personality clash? Just a little..... more

I was pretty impressed with their job, my car got done quicker than they had said ,everything works and looks great. Mike kept me informed of everything happening with my car and came in on a Saturday to deliver my car. I would highly recommend them. more

Great Experience 10/7/2010

Once again skillcraft has done a great job on my vehicle. Michael was extremely thorough with the repair and kept me udpated of its progress. Would definitely reccommend skillcraft to anyone who is unfortunate to have to have there auto repaired due to an accident. The car looks good as new! more

Better Communication is needed 10/6/2010

I took the car for small front end damage as a result of someone backing into me. The front bumper didn't get painted when I got it back. My car is wrapped with a company logo and they assumed the front bumper wasn't being painted. I had to take it back 2 weeks later to get it painted. It was an inconvenience that could have been prevented by a phone call. To get the bumper painted I had to call back and forth between the adjustor and the body shop several times to get it approved. It was a hassle that my rep at skillcraft should have taken care of. more

Professional and friendly 10/5/2010

This level of care and workmanship is hard to find these days. It was very much appreciated by me when I had to have my Ford Escape repaired after being rear-ended. A good job, great people, greatly appreciated. Thank you Mark and everyone else involved. more

I've been a customer for a long time and keep coming back. The staff is courteous and friendly. Mark Ancheta provides excellent customer service. I like going back to him because he remembers my name and takes time to answer my many questions. He always keeps me updated on what's going on with my vehicle and there are never any surpises. The work is excellent and professional. My car looks brand new beautiful! more

Michael Godfrey went above and beyond in dealing with the insurance company. 10/1/2010

SkillCraft's estimator Michael Godfrey had to continually speak with the insurance company's adjustors and estimators while my car was in the shop. Michael kept on them until my car was repaired and also got them to pay for my rental car for the entire time my car was in the shop. The repair work on my car was excellent. more

My wife ws in a accident.Mark A. greated us & called at every step.He asked if we would like to see the progress or he could email me.This place has the best customer service Ive ever witnessed.CONGRATULATIONS on having such a great staff & did I mention total QUALITY work.I know becuase Im a toyota service technician.I highly reccomend this bodyshop to anyone needing work. more

Quality Work & Great Customer Service 9/29/2010

Skill Craft fixed the bumper on my car after I was rear ended. They even worked with the insurance company to ensure the appropriate parts were covered. I was very impressed by their quality of work and the excellent customer service to ensure my car was returned to me good as new. more

Great People - Great Service - Great Follow Through 9/19/2010

In today’s business world Customer Service has gone out the window. Not at Skill Craft though. While being in an auto accident is by no way a joyful experience, Michael and all the other people at Skill Craft helped to make it palatable. Now taking care of us and keeping us informed for the 3 weeks the car was in the shop was very nice. the true test was when we picked the car up. As they say "The proof is in the pudding." When we picked up our car, it looked beautiful. The workmanship in the job completed was awesome. We were very happy to see that a big job was done completed to perfection. Thank You! Thank you to Ray for putting together such a great team & Thank You to Michael for keeping us informed and handling all the insurance work. You all did the job that we hoped would be done. I strongly recommend that if anyone needs auto body and paint work, don't waste your time going anywhere else! This is where the service is!! more

A beautiful job, as usual 9/16/2010

The rear bumper of our 2008 Toyota Avalon was an ugly mess after I backed into something. When I picked up the car when the job was completed, I couldn't believe how great it looked. But I really shouldn't have been surprised -- Skillcraft has done work for me before and the results were outstanding. more

My family has used SkillCraft several times over the years. They always do a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. My insurance recomends them and it was a very very easy company to work with. more

I have returned three times in one year. 9/11/2010

After seeing the quality of the repair work at Skillcraft from my first rearend collision in my new car, I knew if I EVER needed collision repairs I would return to Skillcraft Subsequently, I have been back twice this year-two more rearended collisions but continue to be very happy with the excellent quality of the repair work by Skillcraft. more

Best Around 8/28/2010

My nieghbors kid ran into my Lexus GS with her bike and put a crease in the front fender. No injury other that my car that I love... Their home owners insurance covered the accident and SKILLCRAFT made my car right. In this area, they are the best for autobody repairs. I have dealt with a couple adjusters over time (someone hit my wife's Jeep 3 years ago) and they take care of you... more
