Six Rivers Medical Center in Willow Creek is Mad River Hospitals first family practice office which opened in 1985 on highway 299. In 1992 we have provided outpatient services in our new location for family members of all ages from birth to geriatrics. Our services include health maintenance and promotion, diagnosis, and management of primary care concerns.
