We are disgusted with this company and its owner Brian Mondschein. Not only was our project not what we had described, but the hispanic crews DESTROYED our yard, left their trash...

Very Satisfied - Good Company 11/7/2011

I contacted Sitescapes to install a decorative boarder around my island in the front yard. Being a single mom with not a lot of money, the owner took the time to explain what I could do with the money I had to spend. The price was very reasonable and when his guys came out to do the work, they did a very professional job. My yard looks great!! more

Biggest Mistake Ever! 5/11/2009

We are disgusted with this company and its owner Brian Mondschein. Not only was our project not what we had described, but the hispanic crews DESTROYED our yard, left their trash (food wrappers, cans, etc.) and the communication SUCKED. When we withheld payment because the wall wasn't completed, Brian threatened to take us to court. Then, his partner, Mark McGraff (sp???), with Vector Engineering, badgered us for payment. They finally came out and fixed the problem, but left our yard in worse shape than when they started. Cons: Unprofessional, unorganized, disorganized, CONMEN more

Sitescapes came to our home did a paver patio project and a big wall around our new pool and engineered teh walls for the Town of Wake Forest approval. they appeared to be at first very involved and continued that way thruout from a project manager standpoint. i would recommend using them over any company...due to their design & build capabilities. more

Disorganized and contentious 4/17/2007

Sitescapes seemed very good when they gave us an initial quote. They assured us that they could do our job quickly and their price quote was very reasonable. Pros: reasonable price Cons: didn't listen more
