I recently engaged in a business relationship with Mark, the owner of Site for Sore Eyes. I found him to be forward-thinking, passionate and driven to provide the best customer service that he can offer clients. In an era where customer service is often constricted by outside factors, Mark is always ready and willing to present solutions to problems that are financially beneficial to the client without sacrificing product and service quality. This is a difficult task to achieve, especially in a tough retail climate but he exhausts all options to help his customers while other retailers I have worked with are not as accommodating.
