My husband and I bought a mattresses at this store barely two years ago. We were unhappy with the one we bought and exchanged it about 3 weeks later. The exchange cost us $500 dollars, the mattress cost us $2700 dollars. It has been just 2 years and there is a hump down the middle of the mattress. Two years later and over $3000 dollars we are told there is nothing they can do for us. They did send a ""third party"" company to measure. The person that came to measure admitted that he saw a hump when he walked in the door. Sit and sleep has done NOTHING to resolve the issue! I would never buy a mattress from this store again or from any other store! The corporate treatment of the issue was just as poor! more

First lesson... don't ever go to a mattress store with your mother... she kept trying to get a free mattress while flirting with the employees... annoying. But I did end up finding one, and she might have shaved off a few bucks with her flaunting. But I don't know what the point was since I had a 10% off coupon from the Sit n Sleep site. I found this store to be pretty good though... the employees were helpful, the prices fair, and the sky- blue. Pros: Good prices, Good customer service Cons: My mother more
