I have had a horrible experience with this business. I wish I had seen the previous reviews before! We ordered our bridesmaids dresses before the holidays last year for my summer wedding this year (2012). Terri insisted we all had to order the dresses at that time because they came from overseas. I believed her at first. Then her phone was "shut off" because of digging behind the building. I believed that at first as well (this was in October). Well, the phone was "shut off" for a lengthy amount of time and she insisted we still had to order our dresses by the end of November but her phones were down and so was her credit card machine. Ugh. Now that I think about it- these all were red flags. So now, it is a couple months before my wedding and she has not answered her cell phone. So, I went into the store and she gave me the run-a-round and finally called the company for me, claiming they were boxing them up as we speak (how convenient?). I cannot call myself because there is no number! She claims she never received my calls, even after I showed her my call log. I am hoping she comes through because I really do not want to go through the hassle of reporting her, but I will! And I will have to order all new dresses. Save yourself this headache because with everything you have to worry about, this is that last thing you need! more

At Sister's Bridal a bride can really feel like she is picking out her wedding dress around her closest friends and sisters. The staff is very friendly and caring. They also want the bride to feel like she is the most important person in the world! They really do want the bride to pick out the best dress style and choice for her wedding. They really assisted me well with picking a dress and let me try on a dress from their own daughter. I felt like I was a queen there and they were so accepting of everything that I needed! more
