place is classic baltimore. been on food network recently for there crabcakes and spinach pie. prices are great too. always know that i can get a good filling meal. not fancy ...

12/30/2008 - Food was ok and staff was initially courteous during busy time, after hours. We were very understanding, communicating no problem for delay in service...wait staff ...

Hons and Two dollar burgers 5/29/2002

As a college student, cheap eats are a God send. The Sip & Bite gives more than just good food at illegally low prices: it also gives you patrons and service that can't be beat. When we were there last night, our waitress brought our coffee refills in a plastic glass and poured it into our mugs. AND you can smoke at any table, not just the counter. You can't beat that. Go to the Sip & Bite once, and I'll bet you become a regular. more
