My dentist sent me to Siouxland Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to have my wisdom teeth removed because, at the time, it was the only option in the area. My surgery went fine, but a few months later I started receiving nasty calls from a collection agency. My insurance company had denied the claim because some small piece of information was missing, but instead of calling me to let me know, Siouxland immediately turned it over to collectors. When I called to investigate the issue, they made no apologies for not notifying me of a balance on my account. I found this very rude and unprofessional and wouldn't deal with this business again.
