I cannot speak on behalf of the entire company, but I can say a few things about our DJ. Larry Green. He was very unorganized. We had a hard time getting ahold of him at first which was the first red flag. When we finally met with him. He asked us a few question, and we discussed price. He had us pay a deposit which we wrote out to him not singer's choice. I sent him an email with a list of songs we wanted played and wanted to sing at our wedding. He responded with ""thank you for your requests"" I wrote again explaining that if he did not have the music to let me know ahead of time so that we could make other selections. He responded and said he would let us know. Day of the wedding he kept wanting to talk to me the bride. My wonderful wedding coordinator shood him away. He did not have the songs we requested and played faith hill and tim mcgraw's my best friend to the mother son dance, which says ""when we make love"" at the end. We requested a norah jones song. when I asked him about the karaoke songs I picked he asked me what they were, expected that I would just look them up in the book. I had asked him in advance specifically because I knew they were not typical karaoke songs. I had to quickly think of something else to sing which was terribly frustrating. Also he didnt realize that I was friends with the chapel owner and told her that I was a bridezilla! However, knowing that I was upset he did attempt to make up for it by staying an additional hour for us. Also, he brought his girlfriend, without letting us know in advance. Everything else about my day was amazing!
