When my mother passed, I was hesitant in choosing which funeral parlor in Yonkers I wanted to have handle her services, mainly because it was such a delicate time for my family and I, but also that i heard some unappealing stories of the funeral parlors located in the area, so I asked around, I asked my friends, co-workers, and out of those people, the ones that had to go through what I was going through, most of them strongly suggested Sinatra Memorial Home. So i called and made an appointment to sit down with a director, and these guys showed the utmost compassion, sympathy, and respect towards my family and I, they were understanding of our financial situation at the time and they provided more than we can have ever asked for. They truly did display pure excellence and professionalism when it came to the viewing and service, We were impressed and i strongly recommend them to whomever, you just can't get service like that around here anymore! more

They were more expensive than others. But that didn't bother me until they misspelled my mother's name on her mass cards and thank you cards. We didn't notice until we began to mail them out, but that is why we hire them, isn't it? They seemed very confused about a catholic ritual, and we were ill equipped to inform them, at the time.
