Worst experience of my LIFE!! STAY AWAY!!! 5/8/2012

After taking $82,000 from me in cash in advance, Dave Heyder and Simply Windows failed to get required building permits and were stopped by a City Inspector before completing the work. Now I am being forced to tear down the addition and halt construction. Dave has Simply disappeared and has refused to refund ANY money and has refused to assist me in this situation after repeated requests. He has left my house and my life in shambles and entangled me in a legal battle with the State of Illinois. To top it off Simply Windows business license was revoked by the State of Illinois in March 2012 and they were dropped from the BBB website due to failure to maintain licensing. DO NOT make the same mistake that I did. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Pros: null Cons: null more
