They worked with me on my hair goals and what I really needed to do with my hair. Pros: Hairs last long & great luster/shine Cons: I have to leave the salon ; - ) more

I am in the hair industry myself and have had other type of extensions before. I have been really impressed with the quality of the hair as well as how great they look over time. I was also happy for the small amount of time it took to put them in. I have known the two of them for many years and would recommend them to any of my own clients.They are very professional and are looking out what is best for your hair. They are very well priced for their exceptional work. Pros: If you take good care of hair it will last up to a year ! more

I met Ginger and Serena in Austin at my favorite resturant. Their hair was so beautiful. I thought how do they keep their hair so healthy and thick & very blonde? It did not pass through my mind EXTENSIONS! So I saw them at the bar and had to ask ""who did their hair ""and they said they own a salon and are certified extension specialist, so I had to ask if they had them and they said yes (duh!). It looked so natural. I really thought I would never be the one to wear extensions because everyone I see with them look so fake. Well I have been going to them for 8 months now and they are just great. I drive in every 2.5-3ish months to get them maintenanced. They are the ultimate beauty experts. Everyone I see that knows me says ""their is something different about you"" but no one ever thinks my hair. What a differnce hair can make. It has motivated me to lose weight too :-}. Wow, I got my extenions done by Serrena and Ginger and they are fantasic!!! (words cannot explain how happy i am) I have had great lenghts for almost 4 years. I have to say that I will never ever change to anything else after I have had these put in. It only took them 2 hours vs. 6 hours what a time difference. My hair is my baby, so when I found out no glue or heat I was there. My hair is very long, but thin. Their was absolutly no pain on install. Oh, my friend has had the same kind of extensions for a little over a year and when she took them out I was shocked how healthy her hair was & thick. That sold me she had NO damage! I am 53 and when I saw the ad about, ""got thin hair"" I thought you know what its worth a shot. I went in for a free consult and first of all the salon is so beautiful, I wanted to move in. LOL. I am and always will be shy about my thinning hair. But they are so inviting and I felt so comfortable with them. I was not embarrased at all, they are extremely professional. I have never had extensions before, so I had no idea anything about them. They are so educated with the extension system they use. So to make a long story short, best salon experience I have ever had, my hair is full and 2 inches longer. I really appreicate it lady's. I dont have to be ashamed any longer. I am proud to be me. I went last month to get my extensions done by the girls. Well, I call them ""the girls"" they are so sweet, professional & you can't not love them. Ginger & Serrena are the BEST, and when I mean the best that is alot coming from me. I have had every kind of extensions you could imagine. When they told me no glue or heat, I thought that was to go to be true! They installed my extensions in only 2 hours! (i have set in a chair for over 6 hours getting my glue ins done) and the hair last a year and a half. Amazing saves alot of money over time. I hope these girls are around forever. 3 of my friends have had there extensions done by them, oh and they removed my glue-ins so I didn't have to go to my old hair dresser! They are so comfortable too. Use me as a referral any day :-) Pros: Hair last sooooo long! Cons: Bigger upfront cost but saves money & your hair over time more
