I wouldn't go back for a FREE alignment! 12/24/2010

Went in for an alignment and besides the fact that they didn't to tell me (even after I asked) that an alignment on a front wheel drive car may not fix pulling (due to the car having no factory adjustable caster/camber), I was told two bits of information from them: \r \r 1. They said my rear trailing arm was bent, needed replacing, and also gave me a very high quote to do the job. After further inspection, the arm is not bent at all. \r \r 2. They said low-profile tires are for racing only, not normal drives/commute to school or work. After research, I've found this statement to be completely false. \r \r Needless to say I've switched my alignment services to a different car care center in Baton Rouge and am very happy with the change. I'll never go back to simple simon. \r \r Thanks more

SERVICE 2/23/2007

Sign up on building states" tires changed 59 min or free oil change", took 2hrs total- to try and save business discounted price and agrees to hurry up(took 45 mins after before car ready) Later said sign meant 59 min. after they take car to service area but since sign didn't say that he gave me discount. Also left grease on drivers door inside and out, drivers floor mat and on steering wheel - car had just been detailed earlier same day. Did not receive coupon for free oil change either. more

Tire Company 10/31/2005

I recently visited Simple Simon to purchase 2 new tires. Their prices were a little higher than some of the competion but the were not extravagant. The service time was a satisfactory wait. I would recommend them if you needed tires. more
