Service was great, Tyler was professional. Too Expensive for a 15 minute job, 3 male to female wire connection and a $20 part. Labor was about $265 itself for 15 minutes. RE...

Simple Home Comfort Rocks! 11/5/2016

We ordered a new, programmable thermostat online for our new residence but wanted a professional to install it so opted for professional install with the online retailer. So happy we did and we were lucky to meet Tyler with Simple Home Comfort. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Explained what he was going to do, answered any and all questions we had, and gave us tips and suggestions on how to save energy in our new residence. Tyler and Simple Home Comfort will be our go-to professionals in the future for any heating and/or cooling updates or repairs. Thank you. more

Good Fast Service 10/29/2016

I cant say enough about this company. I had a problem with my Air Conditioner and being Disabled I am not good in the heat. I called around and no one would get here inside of 2 days without tacking on some High End "emergency" fee. They came at there normal price within a few hours and on top of that realized my situation. They were able to do the repair and get my house cool and work with my budget. Friendly informative service and hope I don't need them again but if I do they are my first call. more

All about Honesty 9/27/2016

I had them come out to my house to look at my ac system. I had over looked them in a magazine a while ago. After i had two other companies come out and tell me i needed a new indoor coil, i decided to call them, after all they advertised that they offered a free second opinion. I called them and they were very friendly and fast to get my call scheduled. They even booked the appointment at 7pm. I had Tyler come and he took the time to go through the entire system. He found that the leak was on a screw type fitting that had come loose in the attic and he had it fixed no time. He also told me that i needed to add freon to get the system back up to manufacture spec. After all i trusted him because he tightened the loose fitting for free. I went with the repair. He was upfront in his pricing and showed and explained everything he was doing. He cleaned up the property and was very efficient. I will use Simple Home Comfort again, they have earned my business simply due to trust and honesty. He could of told me that i needed a new system or a new coil, but he was honest and that means so much to me. Thanks more

Great Company 9/26/2016

We just moved here and we were told by our realtor that the unit was not working. We called the company that she recommended and we were not disappointed. They were fast to respond, fast in finding the issue and very reasonable on price to repair the it. They also gave us a year warranty on the repair. I will use them again and have told my new neighbors about them. They are the only company i will use from now on as i am new to the area. Thanks Simple Home Comfort. You have a customer for life. Great quality service and very reasonably priced! 8/23/2016

We have used Simple Home Comfort a couple of times this summer to fix some problems with our aging air conditioning units and the service was fantastic. Tyler was very thorough and the only one I'll trust to work on my air conditioning/heating units. Great company with great service and very reasonable pricing! more

Very Comforting 8/18/2016

Please understand I'm not just referring to having my A/C restored to working condition, it was the explanation of what went wrong, why and receiving a proactive solution. There were no pressure tactics and cost was competitive for the services. I even had my front door knob fixed as a courtesy because it was loose. It was an easy fix with a screwdriver, however, it was very thoughtful of Tyler to notice and offer to take care of it. Exceptional Service!!! more

Great Service and Product! 8/17/2016

My call to them was taken at closing time, (and they answered the phone!) and Jamie spent great amount of time working through what I needed and how he could help. Tyler and Jamie were out the very next day, Thorough inspection and concise explanation. Professional, courteous, and reasonable. I did not have them service my old unit (it had a service warranty still in effective for a same problem..that company was awful), even though they were willing to do so at the time. I got the Day & Night 2 stage w/air scrubber, great price and quick install. Tyler's install guys were also great, professional, courteous and quick. Great job. Tyler did the walk through and fine tuned anything that was needed. Great company! Great product! I am really really happy! more

SHC sent Tyler Settler to my home on 8/5/16. He was able to identify the problem and offer 2 solutions. My AC was running beautifully within 2 hours. more

Responded quickly and did effective repair on all issues. This was on a Saturday at 3pm when most places are not even open. I received a text from another vendor who was available on Monday ! I told him the problem was already fixed. more

Fast, Great Service 7/31/2016

Tyler of Simple Home Comfort was quick to our rescue when one of our A/C units stopped working. Starting with a quickly answered phone call to updates on arrival time to very efficient, courteous, and professional repair of our A/C. Tyler took the time to explain what was needed -- and what was NOT needed -- and provided a knowledgeable education of the A/C field. Very personable young man. We will return to Simple Home Comfort for our HVAC needs. more

I've been with Tyler for five, six, maybe seven years, and he will come out anytime night or day, and is just a great guy. His prices are good and very reasonable. My AC went out and I called him. He came over to my house and, because I didn't have an AC unit, he gave me a used one and it works fine. It's great. more
