The hours are not conducive to most people's work schedules. The selection is limited. The eyeglasses are overpriced. The location is great. The parking is excellent. The store is clean and organized. The staff does not like to give prescriptions to go elsewhere but they will. You get a free eyeglass case with purchase of eyeglasses. The business does not have a welcoming atmosphere and feels formal.
