My wife and I took our families to Simon's for Father's Day Dinner and proceeded to have one of the most embarrassing & miserable dining experiences of our lives. It began by being seated and then waiting 15 minutes before we saw our waitress. Then we waited 45 minutes for our food to be served. The restaurant was not even busy!!! My father-in-law's milkshake was soupy milk water, my mother-in-law's toast was cold and rock hard and my mother's sandwich was not what she ordered. When my wife cut into her sausage patty, it was cold and pink on the inside and my sister-in-law discovered mold on her turkey sandwich. When we called the manager over, he tried to explain away the mold as being ""lettuce"" and then began arguing with us about our complaints. We walked out and will never go back again! Avoid Simon's Restaurant AT ALL COSTS and hopefully it will go away soon!!! Thanks for ruining my family's Father's Day, you jerks!!!
